need four buckets with lids to put four different wood pellets flavors for pellet grill in to store and keep dry and airtight to keep from getting damp from moisture for new pellet grill, plus labeling with permeant marker it sticks to bucket also

I received assistance as soon as I walked in the door & help with my materials I purchased.

My daughter is beyond excited for her new room color!! She chose to paint her new bedroom the aqua(ish) color *I believe the actual name of the color is rainwater* as what she wanted for her 10th birthday. She is excited to get moved in and is thinking of decorating with some ocean type wall stickers ☺️ The young lady in the paint department was super helpful in getting us everything we needed to do this project in 1 easy coat ❤️

I can only highly recommend Store 3848 in Toledo for Building and Maintenance projects! Forget the rest and choose the BEST! HOME DEPOT IS MY CHOICE!

I've purchased everything from cupboards to nails at this store and no matter what I've needed, they've had. (And a lot of stuff that I didn't know I needed...lol) The staff is incredibly helpful and nice as well. Love my Alexis Rd. Home Depot!!

Went in to buy a washer. Maisy was excellent! She is very knowledgeable about products and has great customer service skills. Kiana is a great head cashier helped make sure our purchased went smoothly. Recommend this store.

Needed some tools for an on-site fix for my job. Maranda and Lamarr were extremely helpful in identifying the aisles where I needed to go.

Every worker I encountered was great! My plumbing associate was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with everything. My cashier Carolyn was so sweet, helping me through the application process. I asked her if I could give her a hug. She did!

I needed help at checkout and had a very knowledgeable employee assist.

Every staff member I saw made sure that I was taken care of and did so with a smile. The staff members helped me work through a problem and make an informed decision that I was greatly satisfied with. I will definitely be back for all of my projects on my fixer upper!!!!

Bought a washer. Didn't last 18mths. No he didn't take out warranty. Unfortunately had to buy another. Money wise not timely for this. Got another washer with the advisement from our salesperson. He was so friendly, fun, and understanding. Even had the washer ready to go when we got there just by calling in to see if they had it in stock. The store is clean and lots of friendly people. Would definitely go there again. As a homeowner and knowing there is a place to get what you need. Home Depot. Thank you.

I like this Home Depot - they are always there to help me find what I need. Point me in the right direction or just go get it and come find me in their store while I get other things on my list. They always give the military discount where the other ones don't always do it. You can ask them to help do anything, tonight... Cameron even cut my dowel for a project I was working on at my house and he did it with a smile on his face. Not even an attitude like you get at other stores. I highly recommend this Home Depot for service. If you are alone, they see that you are safely to your car if it is dark out. That is appreciated.

I visited the Home Depot on Alexis Rd. in Toledo twice in a two week period and each time I received great customer service. Thank you Lorenzo and Jacqueline. They were both so friendly, approachable and helpful which made my visit more of a pleasure rather than worried that I was going to get the wrong thing. I will shop here again.

Cashier Carrie was rude!!! Lead Cashier Miranda was not knowledgeable about the discounts offered especially REIA. Store manager Matt was not helpful at all and he too was not knowledgeable about the REIA membership partnership a discounts. They were not willing to educate themselves or internally research the program and its Benifits offered to members. Just horrible. The manager Matt kept cutting me off and was very dramatic causing me to become even more frustrated. I will never shop at the Jackman Home Depot . Just a disgrace!!!!!

I special ordered flooring at the Secor Rd. store. I was sent there by store #3848 because they couldn't figure out how to and when I bring one box back they turn me away because I bought it at the Secor Rd store which is not convenient for me.

No one there is selling to help. Employees are rude and will always tell you that someone will help you but you end up waiting and no one will show up. Safe your time and go somewhere else

I really like shopping at this Home Depot. The store's layout seems better than some others I've visited. It also is cleaner, the associates easier to find and interact with.

I bought light for under my kitchen cabinets. They work fantastic. The mounting brackets were a little tricky, but all in all they brighten up the counter tops perfectly. Great product .

Staff was great at helping me order what I needed. Shout out to Erik who had to put up with me for 30 minutes checking me out for my specific issue ordering a toolbox with 2 gift cards, 2 pre paid visa cards, and finally my debit card buying a toolbox they didn't have in stock. Also the additional help from Mark and Greg, but Erik was my favorite. I could write a book about Erik with all the help he did.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for years. They always have everything I need in stock and the store layout makes it easy to find the items I need. They have a great store manager who is a problem solver.

Excellent batteries at super low price. Energizer are the best.

We went to Home depot to get screws. We encountered some shoppers that were being rude and Janice just kept on being kind and nice and doing her job. She was SUPER helpful to us
