I ordered new flooring in October and it was delivered but the installers, after tearing out part of the old flooring, informed me that they couldn’t install what I ordered but recommended another product they could install. We returned the flooring, had a second measure tech visit and ordered the flooring the installers said they could install. When the installers came back out they once again could not install the flooring even though they recommended it because they don’t install plywood underlay greater than 1/4” and mine needs 3/4” and this is after 2 visits from a Home Depot “measure tech”. So now I have sections of my kitchen floor ripped up and no help from Home Depot at all other than offering me a refund.

The employees really know how to make a customer feel valued. They make eye contact and are each so cheerful. It seems they value their jobs and take pride in their store. Home Depot just did a rebuild on our kitchen cabinets. A top notch job!

employees I meet at that store location are interested in resolving a matter for a customer. they don't seem to carry the "big store" mentality.

Home Depot has a sign posted: For the safety of our customers, service dogs only. This policy is not enforced. I have talked to the service desk and employees about this, they do not want to comment. One person said, the only one that can enforce this policy is the manager. I do not feel safe with all the non service dogs in the store. I saw a small dog lunge at a customer one time. I saw a lady power walking her German Shepherd in the lighting isles last summer. She said, it as great place to walk her dog. YOU NEED TO ENFORCE YOUR POLICY OR SOMEONE WILL SUE YOU.

The employees at this Home Depot are very helpful. I've been shopping there since I moved to two Arizona 2 years ago. I always shopped at Home Depot where I used to live, but this Home Depot, the people that work there are the best. I get more help then I ever got at any other Home Depot. I'm sure other customers feel like I do, that this Home Depot makes you feel at home.

Rachel up at the service desk is always going above and beyond. Always glad to see that she’s in. She’s always so helpful and attentive, somebody get her a raise!!!

I was at this location to purchase some carpets and to sign up for your veterans discount program. The employees were extremely helpful on getting this setup and to get my order coming.

Tried to ask Selena a question and I got rude response. She didn’t attempt to direct us to the item we wanted to buy

The store is very convenient for the Oro Valley and Catalina neighborhood. Sotre is always clean and has a plenty of staff to serve the needs for convenient and speedy visit and checkout. Someone is always staffed at the self checkout to assist. That is a great plus!

Nice store and very helpful employees! Problem was there was one check out open and 10 People lined up at self check out!!!! Not acceptable!

I live in SaddleBrooke and enjoy working on home projects. I go to Home Depot almost every week. I have purchased many plants and supplies from the Garden Center throughout the years. I have purchased curtains and have had them installed in several rooms - two more rooms to go. Soon! My latest purchase is a renewal window in my kitchen to be completed in the coming months. I am sure that I will continue my visits.

I phoned your store and spoke to "Craig" in plumbing, and he sounded like a guy who likes his job. He was very friendly and helpful in scheduling A/c maint. service from Parker and Sons, and the process was seamless, easy, and totally good in every respect !

I bought two new filters for the water system on my refrigerator at the Home Depot Store in Oro Valley located at 10885 N Oracle Rd. I was greeted by an mployee who gudied and accompanied me to the exact location in the store for the product I was purchasing today. The emp;oyee was friendly and very helpful to me

I really enjoyed buying the items as the items were well organized and easy to find, also the self-checkout features make it easy to store all the receipts.

There seems to be a lot of activity for the customer service returns area. I am always amazed that the line moves very fast. Sometimes a customer with a large number of returns can slow the line a bit. The staff that I have encountered working this area always are pleasant and patient, even when doing multiple things at once!

Your employee with very few exceptions are a definite asset to your store. I have always been impressed by the cashier Lisa.

This Home Depot is hands down the best in town. Not only are the employees always attentive and available, they truly enjoy where they work as demonstrated by the time and attention they give consumers. There is no better place for Halloween decor so come early because it flies off the shelves.

PROS: Local and easy access CONS: not much in-store stock or variety. The garden area is especially limited. Impersonal experience. I will shop else when possible.

I walked into the Home Depot on Oracle in Oro Valley at 9:35am and walked out at 9:55am having finished the purchase of a new refrigerator. Amazing processing, I have not had such great service from a large box store in a long time!

I used to shop at the Home depot in Oneonta, NY no major complaints the store was mostly OK. moved to Oro Valley and ever time I go in the entier staff goes out of their way to help. I have even gotten asked if I need help from the staff when they are off the clock and out of uniform. I dont know what they are doing to creat this culture but it is amazing.

Promised delivery between 6a to 8pm, my delivery was cancelled at 5:30pm because driver got off work. I asked for early the next day since it was loaded on truck already I should be 1st, was told I’d have to wait for 3 days to get my product that was already loaded. Very unprofessional and not accommodating at all.
