Very clean store. The workers were friendly. Scott the gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable.

I brought some items and they were not the items I needed and the lady in return Angela was nice and professional with me.

I had an awesome experience with Otto in the paint department. He was very helpful with my large order and completed it quickly and correctly.

I was looking for a particular door for my 1955 bungalow. Of course it requires a custom size. The gentleman in the door department found me exactly what I wanted and at a cheaper price than competitors and was great to work with.

I went to this store to buy specific items I saw on app as being in stock in this store. Store had none of these items!!

The store agent who checked me out (Toccara) had a great attitude. This was especially nice considering the poor level of customer service most often encountered in corporate businesses Post-Pandemic. Thank You Toccara, keep up the good work.

No on hold long. Retrieved a replacement part number for a discontinued item. You had 1 in stock, so it was staged for me. I picked it up, Michael carried it to cashier, cashier scanned it, put it in a cart because it was too heavy for me to carry!!! Excellent customer service all through the store!!

My husband and I had started painting our front door but ran into problems right away. We went to the NLR store and was helped by Otto. He instructed us on the correct type of paint, brush, and rollers to complete the job. It looks great now!

I bought the husky tool box from this store and it has a cheaper price than any store I can find in North Little Rock

The employees acted like they could care less they were there or that I was there. The store was, at least the area I was in, was a mess, couldn’t maneuver the cart down the aisles. It seems since your competition is right across the street they would try harder to have customers come to their store instead of across the street. This used to be a great store to shop at, unfortunately not anymore.

I bought almost $8k in flooring. They kept giving me the run around of when I'd receive it. Then there a mix up and nobody could tell me what was going on. Finally I drove up to the store to speak with someone to get it delivered. I ordered 2 pallets so they would fit in my garage. When I finally got the order, they delivered 8 pallets!!!!!! They broke down my order and placed them on 8 different pallets! I had to manually combine each pallet onto 2 pallets by breaking down and stacking. I advise anyone who buys from them, DO NOT HAVE IT DELIVERED. Central transport does NOT know what they are doing and Home Depot contracts through them.

Twice now this store has failed at checkout to give my military discount.

LaTrece in the garden area today (5/27/2023) was very profeasional, helpful and kind when she checked me out with my big stacks of soil, plants, etc. Great customer service. Thank you LaTrece for making my day.

I like my Home Depot I go several times a month

You’re better off hiring a sloth to run hardware you would get faster service. They did better than normal though because it only took 20 minutes for the guy to get to his department. You got a love, North Little Rock Home Depot.

Mr Derek took time to explain how to do the job and then blessed me by purchasing everything I needed. When I had to come back because I have the wrong information. Mr Derek was patience and empathetic to my issues and got the correct parts for me and it took me 15 minutes start to finish to fix the bathroom sink.

If you shop here regularly just ask for him he’s extremely polite and goes above and beyond to assist you!

I buy all my power tools at the store.

Robin and Jeffery at the North Little Rock Store are unbelievably AWESOME! They know what they are doing and they don't make you feel stupid for not knowing everything you need to about a job.

Having Glenda chech me out is a pleasure. She is so friendly and helpful.

The lady working the pro-desk is awesome. Her name is Grace. She always goes beyond the call of duty to help customers with their needs.
