There's absolutely no reason to go anywhere else for your home improvement needs. Home Depot has what you need or will get it for you if it requires you to have to go to another store which has happened only once in over more than 100 times I've shopped there.

Tried to find the Black Friday product 1009716144 in stock at North 5th St North Las Vegas in stock. Zero inventory. Called Craig Road (North Las Vegas) location and Ursula checked physical inventory and brought 2 units to service desk for my pickup/purchase. Arrived within 30 minutes and everything worked perfectly. THANK YOU Ursula

I would like to thank Lovely Carson! She was very helpful and went above and beyond to call another store to find a plumbing part that I needed. And she was from gardening department, and she helped me in the plumbing department, she was walking by and stopped to see if I needed help!!! Thank you Lovely!!!!

Regina and Rick McNelis from the North Las Vegas store went way above and beyond to help me with a situation at my daughter's home while I was visiting from Oregon. I'm so thankful for them, their helpfulness and their compassion. Thank you!!

The store is neat and organized.Super easy to find what you are looking for in a timely manner.

Could not be more pleased with our experience at this location, & we've now been here several times. Inventory is good, & customer service is above & beyond in every way. This will be our preferred location from now on, even though it's several miles out of the way for our normal routes. We are happy to take the extra time & effort~ which is also what we appreciate about the staff at this Home Depot location. THANK YOU!

Discriminated against by the self checkout empl. (daisy). wlked up initially ready to check out and she grabbed the checkout wand on my behalf, I needed one more thing and said I would be right back. I came right back & she then again grabbed the checkout wand. A customer actually needed help she walked off with the checkout wand & when I asked can I have the wand she smacked her lips and handed me the wand. a price rang up incorrect she called a mgr & then went through everything I rang up but did not go through anyone else's screens and when I asked what she was looking for she replied it was her job. I stated it was not your job to go through my screen and if she can move away from my transaction as she already informed me she could not override any prices so what was she looking for. When I asked was she going to chk everyone else's screen she told me to repeatedly calm down. At which point I made a complaint to the mgr and I was then told thank you for the feed back.

Went to buy wood 2x8-20 and no one came to offer any assistance, had to put it in with the help of wife and daughter. About 8 employees passed by, they looked at us struggling and then looked away.

I have wanted to redo my kitchen cabinets for years and finally decided to talk to someone at home depot about getting them done. I set up an appointment and met with one of their designers Nancy, she went beyond to help me figure out the best setup and gave me a few ideas I hadn't thought about to get exactly what I was hoping to, a updated kitchen that will work great for me. I'm just waiting for everything to come in and get installed.

Went to buy a BBQ grill, excellent friendly service. Daniel, Thomas and Jesus went above and beyond helping us find a BBQ just right for us. Helped us load our truck always made us feel like we were the only customers in the store

Since I had not been to this store in a very long time and was in the area for another appointment, I asked about recycling battery box. Lady said "I can take it for you" and then showed me where to go buy light bulbs. Robert helped me pick out the correct wattage.

We purchased a shower door, stove, and dishwasher on this visit. Both of the associates who helped us really cared about making sure we were happy with our purchases and the details for delivery, installation, etc.

Helena was fabulous! She wen't above and beyond her call of duty. Very sweet and caring woman. She is an asset to Home Depot and I'm sure to her family as well! Thanks again Helena!
