This Home Depot has the friendliest staff possible! They all remember me when I come in and Regyana in the garden center is such a fun personality with the knowledge to back it up! Love it here!

Today I went to pick up pipe insulations before the cold weather came. I had left my card at home and forgot Home Depot doesn’t take Apple Pay. Sweet Ms. Chanel offered to pay for the insulation!! I am so grateful

The store is under great management that I can see the excitement and customer service gravitate to its employees. My go to home depot to go to. Other home depots that I visited simply cannot compete with the level of service and helpfulness.

We purchased an LG gas stove from the appliances department and we came two days to check out the models and both days Brian helped us. He was absolutely fantastic and made our experience fun and easy.

Vika was great and coached me through the delivery and installation process.

Cynthia went above and beyond to help me with a return. I didn’t have my receipt, and when she couldn’t find the transaction by the sku number, she went in and searched my transactions by the store number. Why does this matter? I needed to replace a vertical extension of my underground sprinkler system; the stem had broken from its connection below ground. I was in the plumbing section, seeking to find what I needed. Brian passed me and saw I was struggling. He led me to the irrigation section of the store and stayed with me until he found everything I needed to make the repair. The purchase cost $4.79, and Brian gladly gave me $50 worth of service--he was outstanding!

Initially my order came unassembled which I didn’t know. Then they return the product same day to rtn assembled in the 2nd day. Was Happy with every step of the service,

I've been trying to find a very unique light bulb to use in my living room to highlight a painting on the wall. Diana was able to recommend and suggest a bulb that I purchased at work perfectly

Ashley is person to go to when it comes to Home Depot. During my return and also during some questions she knows it all - if not she finds the right person so quick. Experienced, season and seasoned HD person you should look for.

LED lighting has almost completely taken over. It is somewhat annoying to see the least. If you are at all confused about which color bulbs to buy or what is a good replacement for your rare or unique candelabra bulb, go see Daniel in lighting at Home Depot on State Bridge Rd at Hwy 141. Daniel is knowledgeable and can explain a lot better than the manufacturers. (The store is actually in Johns Creek, just across the river from Duluth/Gwinnett.)
