The employees at Home Depot in North Fayette went above & beyond to help me with my DIY flooring project. Charles in flooring was always available to answer my questions or concerns. From the time I walked in to the flooring dept.- until they loaded my purchase in my SUV- they were there for me! Now that was friendly service!

I visited this home depot for flooring. The salesperson was helpful. During the checkout process we were told flooring material can only be delivered via a box truck and not small flat beds. There were flatbed truck delivery available in 2 days (on 11/29), but they scheduled us for a box truck delivery on 12/7 almost 9 days after. But interestingly, the items were delivered using a small FLATBED truck only. I could have done that myself and save some money!! I lost precious time to be able to complete the work before Christmas, very frustrating!!

We arrived just as the store lost electricity. Even still, the staff was welcoming. Ray in appliances was helpful and knowledgeable. Ashlee at the Pro desk was friendly, engaging, and a joy to work with. A great experience!

I had to pick up an order and also had to do a return and was treated with friendliness and efficiency by the store employees.

The people who work at this store are always knowledgeable and are more than happy to answer all questions and make pertinent suggestions based on my needs. This visit Randy at the self checkout was very helpful

I wanted to purchase a washer before the sale ended. I wasn't sure what to expect on a Sunday afternoon but the whole experience went very smoothly. The sales person was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and and told me what to expect with the delivery process.

Everyone in the store was friendly, incl Emma in customer service. After an issue with one salesperson, however, we paid but left feeling duped. We returned later to speak with a manager. Nick heard our explanation of the experience, understood why it was an issue, and went above and beyond to make things right. Such customer service stands out and creates good will and confidence in the store.

HD needs to place a knowledgeable employee AT the door to help people find what they are looking for. I have to wander aisles looking for help!!!

We went in looking for windows. Ruben helped us right away and went through all of our options that would save us the most money. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need.

Do not trust or let employees count and load product into your vehicle. They can not count or do not care and you will be shorted product. Apparently staff can not count to 25. Must not know what to do when he ran out of fingers and toes.

After a miserable experience online with a lost and damaged order, Kim and Dayna in Customer Services simply "made it right" for me and did everything they could do and more for me during the return process. Kudos to you both!

Your salesman, Ruben really knew the product. He went out of his way to get me the best product at the best price.

As a purchasing manager from a local restoration company, who purchases daily from the Robinson Twp. Home Depot, I can attest that Rich, Len, Keith and Connie, at the Pro Desk, are the best to work with for material purchasing, returns and troubleshooting on any order delays!

Hello. I bought a faucet from Home Depot the other day, had a plumber at my house today and realized the faucet was used. I am so upset that I paid for something at your store thinking it was brand new and finding out the thing was used and returned. The box had no directions, parts missing. This is so upsetting.

My wife and I are remodeling our finished basement family room and wanted to put ceramic or porcelain tiles on the floor. The North Fayette PA Home Depot store had a great selection of tiles, very helpful staff, and very competitive pricing. We ordered 600 square feet of tiles and they came in when it was said they would be.

The store employees were two of the best I have encountered the manager Steve went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and the cashier Michael was so pleasant and knowledgeable

Jason Simons in the Pro center provided excellent customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient!

The guys at the pro desk are incredible and consistently outperform other Home Depot’s in customer service and willingness to help! We drive 20 to 30 minutes out of our way just to come to this Home Depot due to the level of attention. We get as a customer and he constantly fully stocked shelves.

Friendly, knowledgeable associates, easy access plenty of parking, website has never deceived me telling me an item is in stock and you not having it when I visit to buy it.

Look. This place is friendly. The employees know what they are doing, and they seem to know exactly what I need. Thanks for helping me start and finish projects.

The rude reception from the first floor associate I tried to get help from was unacceptable. He didn’t even turn around to address me as I was talking to him to get direction in the store. I then found another associate, Luke, who, when trying to help me, burped in my face, and I was about to walk off to find a manager because I was up to my ears in bad service the entire day. Another associate (female) approached and explained to me Luke had special needs, and he meant no harm. As she proceeded to assist me, nicely might I add, Luke apologized several times, as I also apologized to him for my frustrations. The catcher is, he kept checking on ME. I told the lady who was helping me I felt like crying because someone else’s rudeness caused me to lose it with Luke. I know this is lengthy but I just want to commend Luke in his SUPERIOR customer service. Even in the face of of a frustrated customer (might I add I had been receiving nasty customer service all day and was at my wits end), he remained humble and patient and kind. I allowed the nasty of others turn me into what they were. Luke, humbled ME. THANK YOU Luke. And, thank you Hime Depot for having staff like Luke, who have no biases to whom they treat with dignity and respect and kindness. This was so important to me I sat right here in the parking lot and filled this out.

If you need any help with a project see TROY. This guy is the best,really, he is the best. I have had problems in the past with different projects and he told me the answers, and took the time to make sure I understood before I left the store.

I am in love with the garden department at this store. You always have new items and everything is very well taken care of. Tammy was my cashier today and she was simply amazing!!! Can’t wait to be back
