North Buffalo Home Depot is amazing in much nicer than the Amherst location that I’m always going to. The staff go above and beyond, and they have failed to let me down. When they know me on a first name basis,that’s just what it’s about. It quickly made me realize that these guys remember who they are talking to. Looks like I’m saying goodbye to Amherst

I had the best service at this location. The associates were there, they actually asked if I needed assistance and I never had to go looking for anyone. Nichole the cxm and Mike in tools both helped me and I was extremely satisfied. I normally don't do reviews but because of this visit I will take the time. The store was clean and well stocked. I was greeted upon entering and everything went smoothly. I will shop here again.

This location always have everything and is very helpful and on time with getting you in and out. No long lines fast checkout service also.

Good store full of great people

After grabbing the supplies i needed for my 501C 3 non profit orginaztion i stopped at the service desk with my material and New York state tax exempt form and asked if i needed to due the purchase here or at a register as i showed her the form. She looked at me and told to go to a refister and the cashier would punch in a bunch of numbers and take care of it. After waiting 10 minutes in the only open maned register i handed the nice young lady my form. After typing in the numbers 3 times she asked if i was in the system as HD does not reckonize the NY state form. I told her no this is my first time using it for a purchase here and that i had checked at the service desk first and was not given or told about a HD tax exempt form. Now as the line swelled i did not want to step out of line and go back to the service deas and start over as the line was longer and i did not have the time to waste. I paid the tax and left and i will refund the tax money i paid out of my pocket.

While shopping for new dishwasher - all employees were helpful and professional

It was a busy Saturday and the app said there was limited stock for the item we were purchasing. The online pricing was $20 cheaper than the in store price. We asked to have the online price honored since we were unable to do a store pick up. Our cashier, Danielle was very pleasant and was able to get permission to allow the price change. The staff that day at the store all were pleasant and smiled. It made for a wonderful Home Depot experience.

I extend my sincere gratitude to Sierra, an exceptional Home Depot employee. Her upbeat attitude and excellent customer service skills were evident during my recent interaction. Sierra's remarkable patience shone through as she dedicated nearly 30 minutes to assist me with resolving my returns. Sierra's strong leadership traits are noteworthy and make her an asset to Home Depot. I hope the company recognizes her potential and provides opportunities for her to advance into leadership roles. Retaining such a dedicated and skilled employee like Sierra will undoubtedly contribute to the continued success of Home Depot.

Balsam furs are full and fresh!

While I have never had an issue with any of the fine folks that have helped me over the last 20years, one associate was extraordinary the other day. Arianna, was worth my taking the time to write this note. Well done Arianna!

Upon my checking out in the self service registers. I was approached by by a very friendly, professional associate that introduced herself by Arianna. She explained how I could save $50.00 on my order by doing a few simple things. I was very grateful and took advantage of what she explained . I indeed saved $50.00..😁😁!! Thank you .. ARIANNA !!! Just moved to Buffalo. I've been to two locations here (Niagara and Elmwood Ave). Both have very helpful customer service representatives both in-store and on the phone. Will come back again.

The is a young woman, Ariana who has customer service down to a science. I love her enthusiasm and cheerful, helpful manner. Kudos to Ariana!

Greeted by every associate, in a kind and friendly manner, and asked if they could be of help.

Michelle, my Cashier, assisted me Greatly during my checkout. She was kind, friendly, and very attentive to my needs. I recommend her highly for any store positions. She is a Great Consumer Advocate.

I will always shop this location because the employees are knowledgeable about the needs of their customers. Large selection of products & convenient location of store. For as busy as this location is, the store aisles/shelves are well maintained.

Not only i was helped inside the store they also help with my child in the store crying. It really shows employees really care for you as a person not as a consumer

Diane at the Customer Service Desk was an exceptional help to me. She went above and beyond, knew exactly what she had to do to get me the merchandise I was looking for after a struggle for me to try and get it. She was so professional and a very nice person to take the time to help me. She is a very valuable employee to have and an asset to your store and company.

Needed a dehumidifier and Janet helped with so much expertise and I appreciated how much she knew and helped me decide. Great customer service.
