I want to recognize this Home Depot for creating such an amazing experience for my son. From the Constables outside passing out candy to the employees with stations throughout with handmade decorations and activities. Every thing was so fun this Saturday during their Halloween event! You can tell these employees love where they work as they were having so much fun bringing excitement and energy to all the customers shopping. Keep up the great job Home Depot Mopac!

I needed self tapping screws, and ring terminals. Had them in stock and for a great price.

very helpful and friendly staff - I was lost in the wood section. I wanted to make an extra shelf for my shoe rack. Christopher helped me find what I was looking for, provided advise, and help cut my wood planks. Thank you Christopher!

Stephen in plumbing went out of his way to save me a return trip. I wasn't even on the right aisle to find the parts I needed. He was a savior.

I’ve been coming to this Home Depot since this shopping strip was built, and I’ve always had a great experience, but Joe went above and beyond helping me pick out a grill, and I always ask a lot of questions, and I am pretty picky, and he was super patient with me. I also brought my SUV, which, of course was too small to fit the grill, and when I was trying to load it, there was no way I was getting it in there, so he quickly helped me take the two side rails off, so I could get it loaded and back home. Not to mention, the store was closing, and it was raining outside, so high five to that guy. Not sure if he despised me underneath, but if he did, he hid it perfectly because he was super friendly and I thought I was stuck.

Multiple staff members barked at me for bringing propane inside and none offered solutions to how to handle the situation. When you are aggressive, I respond the same. Really feel sorry for all those untrained Home Depot employees. Lazy eye, with the beard and hat most of all. He looked old enough to know, but stuck in his position, maybe he was just mad in general.

Ive never done yard work, and bought a string trimmer and blower. Very happy with the product, bc the alternative was an expensive yard service and I have a tiny yard with not many plants. Sales person was super helpful - i mistakenly didn’t set my location well when i searched inventory, so they didn’t have what i wanted but he found me a good substitute.

Nick in the compliance department is the man to talk to you if you are in need of any kitchen appliances or washer dryers. His knowledge is impressive and extensive. He managed to defuse a very angry customer (me) and turn me back into a loyal Home Depot client! Bravo!

Every associate I dealt with was super professional and very helpful! I have not visited this store in over 12 months and was very unfamiliar with the layout and how to find what I needed. Because of the associates being very familiar the layout & the products in store I was able to find all four things that I needed and move on to the next step in my process.

The North Austin location isn’t the one closest to my home but is often the one I end up shopping at due to its large selection and helpful staff.

The wooden beam I bought for my son't bunk bed, needed to be resized. Carlos went above and beyond to help me out and I am so grateful to him. Now my son's bed is back in order all because he took the time to listen to my needs and help me cut the wood down to size. Thank you CARLOS!

I came to this store reluctant because I had so much to find and was anxious about it. One of the staff, Mark Choban, helped me from beginning to end and really made my day.

Needed screwdriving drill bits and was immediately pointed to the right place and received helpful suggestions and options; was helped quickly and knowledgeably by two store associates. This is my neighborhood Home Depot and getting good service there makes a big difference in my ongoing projects.

I was needing a special fitting for my air compressor and Rick assisted me. He's listened to my need and took me directly to the item I was looking for.

Will went beyond by doing someone else’s job and getting our ordered flooring. He found our order, waited until we got everything and rang us up and helped us load our flooring into the car. Will at the north Austin store on Friday the 19th evening was fantastic!

I used to be a diehard Lowe’s customer because they had knowledgeable, helpful staff. No more! When I walk into the Arborwalk Home Depot I’m immediately greeted and asked if I need help finding anything. Staff look up the locations of items and direct me to the isle and the bay! The managers at my Home Depot go out of their way to make shopping easy! Tonight William was exceptionally helpful, quickly solving my problem! Thank you again!!!
