Home Depot is our favorite home improvement store! It is usually pretty easy to find what we are needing, of course, we have shopped this store for years. But if we can’t, someone is always quick to see our need and help.Store is always clean & organized. Our last big purchase was just what we were looking for… more room in our bathroom (all items in pic from Home Depot)

The store was very clean like how u can walk thru the store with space .

When I had issues with my account at checkout, the cashier and manager were amazing - they helped me get everything resolved and were so patient and friendly. The best customer service I have had in a long time.

I have always gotten good-to-great service at our local Home Depot. I remodel a lot and only buy Behr paint. Everyone there appears to be knowledgeable about their product...and always willing to help.

I was purchasing appliances for our home and the staff at this Home Depot were instrumental in making our selection and purchase a great experience.

The selections for home improvement are fabulous. They keep a lot of stock on hand, so the customer has a chance to see the product before purchasing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your shopping experience is pleasant and that the customer knows the whole story of the product.

I purchased refrigerator and it would not fit in my home. The manufacturer would not take it back. My mistake, but Home Depot fixed the problem. We have a new refrigerator coming this week. Couldn’t be happier. Home Depot is now our first choice.

Emmy in the paint dept is outstanding. Knowlegible,friendly and extremely well versed in product knowledge. I would not buy paint anywhere else. Outstanding

Love this location! Manager Alan goes above and beyond, always greeted with a friendly face with answers and solutions to any problems or questions. He makes traveling to this location a joy. Very happy with this visit and the six or so visits before it, I’ve noticed a major difference since seeing him around.

I was looking for a new refrigerator for our cottage and asked the lady in the appliance department if they had any in a specific size as we are limited in space. She showed me one that was perfect for it. I had to call my husband to get his Home Depot card and by the time I got back to her, she was on the phone with 3 customers waiting! She said hold on a minute please to her caller and got someone from another department to help me with my purchase. Great job for The Home Depot for having such outstanding employees that truly care. Thank you so much for a very thoughtful experience. I will be sure to send my friends to you!

Always been a pleasure here. One thing I dislike is the constant relocation of merchandise. Seems like stuff is never in the same place twice

My old fiber optic Christmas tree stopped lightning up. It took a old base 26 bulb. The Home Depot had 3 of them bulbs in stock. How great was that. Now when my granddaughter comes over she can see a beautiful tree lite up. Also while there i purchased other items. The staff was also great. They help me find items on their computers and what isle it was in. The staff was great in every department, asking me if they could help me.

This is the only place we go now to get paint, the employee's are very helpful in this department, just like the other departments in the store

Over several years the customer service that I've received from the Mt Pleasant Home Depot has been outstanding. Every staff member has demonstrated thorough knowledge, great customer service and they are always ready to provide guidance when needed/desired.

THIS STORE LACKS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALWAYS HAVE TO CHASE DOWN SOMEONE TO HELP ME. :(

bought 3 appliances there.shopped this store for years.If theirs EVERY a problem with your appliance/any household purchase they will "go beyond" to help solve it .

I needed a driver bit for an obscure screw from a 1966 camper. The gentleman in the hardware department was able to look this up on a phone app for me and tell me the name (clutch hex) and although Home DePot did not carry it, he had suggestions for locating one.

Really appreciated the young employee's courteous and helpful assistance in locating, loading and checking out my purchase of Lawn & Garden supplies.
