I do not have to go far to find the materials, I need for my home because The Home Depot is the place to be. Everything is available and if not they can easily order them for you. I have full trust on Home Depot because of their Mission to provide, assist and give you their best service. Thank you, Home Depot!!!

Adam Ramirez assisted my parents and I with selecting a dishwasher. He was very cordial, professional and friendly. When asked, he recommended 3 dishwashers and gave lengthy reasons as to why they are good dishwashers. He also mentioned the incentives, rebates, and benefits of these items. This is not the first time he has done this. He also assisted me with the selection of a refrigerator purchased earlier this year. His recommendations were spot on and the refrigerator is great!

Good customer service

Purchased the MetalTech Safeclimb baker scaffold with Guardrail and Outrigger Set. Well constructed, however the climb through door was slightly warped. This is mostly an issue when opening the gate of the Guardrail. I plan to return for and replacement unit. Otherwise, very pleased.

I shop here at least two or more times a week. The store is kept clean, well-stocked, and full of seasonal items. I have routinely had great service in all areas within the store (garden, tools, electrical, plumbing, check out, returns, etc). Very thankful to have this store near my home. Also appreciate that the Home Depot app tells me if an item is in stock and where to find it within the store .. very helpful when looking for odd items.

Was able to view a lot of models of items I needed for my home. Having variety made decision making easier.

No inventory, only 1/2 of what you need IF they have it, employees know nothing, they can't be found if you need assistance,

Home D seems to sell what they want rather than what you need. An example is a simple bathroom pee trap for the bathroom that has one end 1 1/4 inch and the other end 1 1/2 inch. Home Depot does not carry these. Instead they carry an "adaptor gasket" that leaks and really is not usable. This is a very common item that is frequently used.

I had a great experience with Andrea at Home Depot today!! She has such a great soul and was so friendly and helpful. That is what keeps me as a customer. Customer Service is EVERYTHING! She makes Home Depot shine!!

I needed help in the garden center getting a box to hold several diff items. Young employee volunteered help, found me exactly what I needed, and then later came to the garden checkout to assist me in making the purchase. Very friendly. Great help.

This is the best Home Depot I’ve experienced. When shooing for a new fridge we happen to be lucky enough to find Adam Ramirez to help us. He’s knowledgeable fun and super kind. Really he elevates the shopping experience above what a typical Home Depot experience may be like. If your in the market for a new appliance shop here and ask for Adam.

i told the cahier how many 2x4 lumbers but when i came home and after i put all together and made a frame, i found i was charged 3 more 2x4 lumbers. i should have checked my receipt at the counter.

We shopped for Christmas tree in this location. Employees here were helpful. Mr. Paul Valdez was amazing! He helped us pick our tree. Glad we decided to get our tree in Home Depot Monrovia this year.

Sam was both very helpful and friendly when I asked about different types of paint for different surfaces. He was great!

I'm happy with the shopping experience and the deal I got from the Home Depot. I wanted a good Range/Stove and Dish Washer that did the basics. and Adam recommended appliances that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with him helped me get the appliances what I was looking for.

We had purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator that had multiple problems. Home Depot came out twice and then sent their "repair specialist" who was ineffectual. Thankfully, the manager there, Sandra, cared about our situation. Ultimately Home depot let us return that refrigerator and the LG we have purchased is terrific. We are happy customers now thanks to Sandra and Home Depot caring about its customers.

If you can shop here and not deal with anyone that works here it’s a good experience. I think I’ve had faster service buying a house than trying to exchange an item here. Customer service is no help and the associates here interact and play around with each other but offer no help. If you are trying to find an item you’ll be told to look for yourself. I’be tried calling in to speak to a manager and have never been able to get through. Not even to ask about a product. I’m not happy with this store at all.
