The employees could care less about customer service. I was in there for two hours picking and loading lumber and they never offered any assistance. I then had to unload my carts onto my trailer without any assistance. Customer service here is pathetic.

Homedepot self checkout is a smooth process whell Kellie is thete. She is always attentive & prompt.

I prefer this Home Depot location because the staff are so helpful and friendly. I shop here frequently as I work in residential landscaping and spend my off times constantly in diy projects at home. There is always someone on staff here willing to answer questions, help find an item, or help load big purchases.

Mr. Parker was excellent in helping us checkout. All other employees were very friendly and helpful as well. Nothing but smiles today. Absolutely enjoyed our visit there today.

For work and personal reasons, I shop at this store multiple times a week. I am hoping something was just off with everyone this week because the last 3 days in a row that I went in and needed help with something, either the lady at customer service or the employee helping me had an unnecessary attitude out of no where. I get that people have bad days and service jobs are always rainbows and sunshine so that's why I didn't chose to be rude back and just write this in hopes that the service from employees improves. Over the last 3-4 visits this week alone, the cashier lady Guadalupe was the only kind person and helped more than anyone else.

I must admit, they have the most beautiful plants and flowers here.

There was a cashier at self check who checked me out. She was very friendly & I appreciated the assistance.

Keep up the good work.

Each time I visit the Monroe store, I never have to search for someone to assist me. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

The Associate Brently helped me more than once and always did so with respect, courtesy, and professionalism! He even told me when more items I bought would be in stock.

after receiving no help at the self checkout when needed by two associates who were on their phones playing We spent 240 dollars We’re not thanked or spoken to by any associate until reaching the exit where cashier WHILE PLAYING ON HER PHONE yelled “receipt” at us and would not let us exit the building until she reviewed it Absolutely horrible customer service

How do you sell someone a stackable washer and dryer but forget to sell them the kit to stack the washer and dryer

When there are sales at home depot I am like a kid in the candy store don’t know what item to choose from. The items that I brought was outdoors patio furniture and chairs the next day they had lawn chairs on sales 2 in a box for $29.98 regular price $64.99 two for the price of one chair I was so happy and excited love my out door furniture and chairs

On my recent trip to the Home Depot in Monroe Louisiana I was very pleased with the help I received from the employees at this location. Not only did they help get everything I needed, without asking they informed me of when the next shipment will arrive so I can complete my order if need be.this was by far a great experience in the plumbing department

This store is the best store for excellent customer service! I have always been able to walk in and as anyone a question and get an answer with great help and feel like I got something accomplished by the time I left. Plus miss JOE is so sweet

If you don't have a cell phone they will not give a veteran their military discount!!! Happened to me Mar. 25th,2023!! I was told that I "HAVE" to get a cell phone to get military discount, this was at a register!!!!
