shop here three times a week, always quick and orders are complete and correct .

There were ample people wishing to assist me and I was impressed.

I left this Home Depot feeling like I was valued and my business was important to the store. Marisella and Bobbie are excellent representatives of caring store employees.

The cashier told me that I could save $25.00 on the transaction if I opened a Home Depot Credit Card. So, I did and I saved.

At the paint counter I was treated very well. At the self checkout I didn't have to wait and the employee did the whole process for me.

If this is important to you, shop at a different store.

I purchased some lights for decorating my house last might to pick up this morning, Dex assisted me in picking up my order and was helpful and friendly throughout the transaction. I noticed I was short a set of purple lights and inquired about it. He looked into the order and realized they only had 4 of those lights in stock not 5 so I was called (unfortunately I did not get the call) to update this. We looked at the stock and I was perfectly fine grabbing another set of blue lights pay and be on my way, however Dex went above and beyond by giving me an extra set of lights for free. I was touched by this even though I wasn't upset about the short set of light. I just really appreciated the gesture and was very impressed with the impeccable service I was given during this transaction. Thank you again Dex!!!!

A lady in the garden department could see that the bags of soil that I wanted to purchase were heavy. She offered to put the bags of soil in my cart and load them into my vehicle. That was much appreciated.

I purchased flooring from this store and extremely happy 😃

When you want to purchase at this store, make sure you deal with females only. They are professional, supportive and get it done. Their male colleagues need a lesson in professionalism and customer support

The ceiling fans were purchased between 2 and 3 years ago because they where LED Light with 30 to 40 years before possible replacement.

The garden center is well stocked.

Came in to return some items and customer service was very friendly and walked me through the process. I also needed new equipment and couldn’t find it so an employee directed me to the correct aisle. Super friendly!

Antoni, Karin and Wes went out of their way to help us with all the items we needed including two that required a forklift to get down from high shelves. They were friendly, efficient and willing to jump in and get the job done even though it wasn't easy. These are the type of employees you hope to find at all stores!

Went here to get a replacement microwave quickly just before the store closed. The staff was friendly and accommodating!

Kimberly Johnson a manager went above and beyond to help provide us a solution over days of relentless effort. I have never seen customer experience and felt her personal interest for resolution and willingness to go above and beyond gave me the trust that my issue will be addressed and resolved. She called customer support and must of spent 8+ hours on the phone with them to help get my patio sub umbrellas returned correctly when a different store messed up the order.

I continue to be amazed at how kind, personable, and helpful your employees are. Home Depot should hold seminars for training other companies on their employee behavior towards customers. Thank you so much for what you do.

A man in the painting section referred to me as “young lady” even though I’m a 45 year old woman. (FYI I don’t believe he was part of the paint section I think he was a store manager) It’s sexist condescending demeaning behavior. I just retired after 23 years in the Department of Corrections for the state of AZ, I appreciate being called MA’AM not young lady! Then I went to check out and your cashier was rude too! She was calling me a kid, and when I made it clear this was not appreciated she did it again and told me she was old enough to be my big big sister. I didn’t care to hear any of this I simply wanted to pay and leave. I do expect to be treated like an adult and with some respect for Christ’s sake! Never again.

We bought new kitchen cabinets & countertops to replace our 40 year old ones. Georgia did all of the layout for us and did a spectacular job! She even managed to give us cabinet space where we had "dead" areas before. She was patient with us and took her time to be sure all details were covered and we would be happy. Highly recommended if you want to update/replace/buy new kitchen cabinets. Great experience!

the app in conjunction with the stores inventory and location makes shopping so less of a headache than even the local grocery store!

I asked several workers to help me and they were more than willing to do so.

Michael was really helpful and took me to exactly where the products I needed were in the store. He took the time to not just help or point the way, he took me there and offered advise on other items I might need for my project.

2 gentlemen help load 18 ct of 4”x6”x10’ lumber to cart. They all needed cut in half. They guys then created like an assembly (safely) by loading into cut station, ready with the next for loading on, cutting and reloading back onto the cart. , Amazing efficiency!! Following safety protocol with safety glasses, cut 18 in 1/2 the time it was taking other Home Depot’s to get 9 cut as I had to wait on the other Home Depot’s. Nik, Anthony And two employees loading dock, loading truck Skip and Tina, well thought out loading procedure, professional, time
