Hikam and William was excellent. Helped us out when we almost frustrated

Ghulam, an employee at the Merrifield store in the Garden department, was so gracious as he helped me in a very polite and efficient way, to load 36 bags of mulch into my van.

I bought all of my needs from home depot

I have been coming here pretty frequently since buying a home. They always have what I need. I also like that we can search online for an item, and it will tell you exactly where in the store it is.

They are very friendly specially Mrs. Zarmina.

Employees don't care that you're there take your money elsewhere

Tried to buy mulch today and the online inventory showed 62, wrong they were out of completely what I needed, but the staff in the garden section could not get any help repeatedly paging for managers and assistance, terrible location

Valentina helped us with washing machine purchase and answered our questions regarding the chosen item. It was great to talk in native language snd to get clear detailed answers.

We recently went to our local Home Depot on a very busy weekend. It was very crowded . Despite this we were able to get all the help we needed in multiple departments. Our cashier was friendly and fast. Thanks for doing a great job.

I bought a shelf online to be shipped to store. When I went to pick it up, one box was presented. I asked "it's all in that one box?" I was assured by the associate that it was. Unboxing at home, I realized many components were missing. I called and was told to "rebox the item and return it." I requested that the associate take another look before I jammed everything back in the box because it seemed like most of the components were missing, suggesting a missing box. He checked and confirmed that in fact there was another box for me. I returned to the store to retrieve the box. I again asked "are you sure that there isn't another box?" Without checking, the associate confidently assured me that this was it. Unboxing at home I realized that indeed many more components are missing. I attempted to call the store at 9:55 (5 minutes to close) and let the phone ring until 10pm before hanging up without an answer. I'll have to go back again tomorrow, I assume, for the third time to pick up the same order.

I got my new flooring there. Rose in that department was very helpful.

It made my day fast and easy when I got the help that I needed in Tukwila Home Depot. All my questions were answered with no hassle. I have a project to do in our bathroom , things that I will be needing where shown to me and recommended instantly. Knowledgeable in their products. I was amazed. I did not wait for a long time to get some help.

I came to the store today toting a toddler and needing heavy bags of mulch and sand. Lindsay in Gardening was helpful, patient, and even took the time to wait in line with me and load my car. Such a help to a mom like me

The Staff in this store are very knowledgeable friendly.

The rep at the self check out was so nice and helpful; I already forgot her name.she spoke to me in Spanish and I’m English.

Not honest The lady at the door asking my phone for review sheet filled out a couple things and then before I knew it she answered all the questions herself

My experience is good with this store

She was terrible. Rude and unapologetic. I had called 4 times and got no answer. When I told her this, she indirectly called me a liar. I asked repeatedly to talk to the store manager and she said she didn’t want to make the MOD walk all the way over to us. She eventually complied and did what I asked after 30 minutes of arguing. Just awful. The cashiers were great. She was nasty.

Eddie Coleman (AKA Nana), the lumber supervisor was amazing. We were looking for small lumber to use for an art design course at NOVA. Nana took the time to look at the drawings, listen to the artist, and really understand what we were trying to build. He recommended what would work and what cuts would make it work. I also saw/heard him with other customers and he was equally good with them.

Rohit Vadodar is always so kind and upbeat. He goes out of his way to help and ensure a good experience.

Cashier was exelent service

Ali was the Mohamed Ali of my shopping experience. He would not stop till he found what I was looking for.

No one in sight to assist, and if you do find someone, they are clueless to finding you a solution. Plenty of items in stock, but no customer service.

Friendly staff, clean store

It was easier to find the item I was looking for. At the self checkout, Ali was very helpful in finalizing my purchase.

I need a good laundry room sink cabinet and I have a large amount of balance left on my Store Card. I found the sink cabinet online but it does not accept store card. I went to the service department and they ordered one for me with the will-call option and I paid with my store card. I am happy that not only I bought the product that I like, but I also was able to use my store card to pay. The process was very smooth and quick. The service lady was well aware of the will-call option.

Ali was very patient and friendly with my father who had a little trouble registering for the military discount at check out. Ali took the time to walk him through it and thanked him for his service.

I bought a washer and Dryer and opened up a new credit card to get $100 off the order. It took 2 hours for them to figure it how to do it. Their system was not taking it and all the managers that came to help were not successful. After two hours they figure out a work around to the problem. This is not acceptable. Plus I had my elderly mother with me.
