These guys do not care about making sure you have a pleasant experience, or making sure they fix THEIR mistakes. They let me purchase a floor model of a grill, shipped me the other one which was completely broken and unusable. When I notified the store they told me that they are going to have to pick up the old one, refund my money, and that I'd have to come back and purchase the other one. Insanity at its finest. ZERO customer service at this location.

Purchased two citrus plants off the carts photographed but they rung up $59.98 each. The cashier didn’t speak English so we went to the front desk. The man gave us the third degree that their computer system rings the correct prices and he walked out and viewed the signs and said sorry, I can return them but will not honor the advertised price.

The Matthews store is exceptional and customer service is over the top! The staff is courteous, helpful and go over and beyond to extend a helping hand to the customer's needs. Even if they do not work in a particular department, they will do their best to help you find what you need, and put you in touch with the pro in that department if they can't help you. I love this store!

The employees at the customer service desk are more helpful than any others at any store that I shop at.

I walked into Home Depot expecting to spend between $4,200 to $4,500, but Christopher manage to save me white a bit of money. He was so pleasant and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend seeing Christopher at the pro desk. He took time to ensure that he answered all of my questions and was extremely patient.

We purchased an appliance package from the Home Depot store in Matthews NC. The experience could not have been better, easier, and more pleasurable. They were ultra competitive on their pricing as well as great service, and assistance during the transaction. Could not be happier that we did business with Alike and this store. Thank you for such a pleasurable experience.

Every time I go to this store, I am always addressed & helped by the great staff and always find what I need! Theresa is a customer associate who is always very friendly & helpful!

The young man named Bady truly went above and beyond. When I waved to him from the opposite side of the garden center, he could have pretended not to see me, but he cheerfully rushed to help me find what I needed and load the very heavy and awkward items into my cart. He then apologized that the garden center cashier was leaving, and that I would have to go inside to self checkout assuring me that he would meet me at my car to load my purchases. He did all of that quickly, efficiently, and cheerfully, and even expressed concern about how I would need assistance when I returned home. Very impressive.

The store is clean, and well maintained. It is the small things though that can drive a customer away. Why can't anyone help me change the email that my receipts are sent to, and for God's sake; whey are the clerks in such a hurry to complete the transaction before the customer has a chance to click the button for sending receipts to an email, or changing an email address.

I was a little frustrated when I first got there because I had called ahead to see if they had the lights I wanted in stock, was told yes only to find out that they actually didn't have them in store. However, there is power in good customer service and Andrew M is the example of that
