Josh is an amazing customer service person!! He helped me troubleshoot when I accidentally made a mistake with my order. He was kind and patient and fast. Such a gem!

This is a great store. Specially, go see Jennifer the best cashier you can have checking out , as well as Cheyenne at the Honolulu Home Depot. without these beautiful, happy women checking you out. and if I have a problem with anything, these are the women I go to help me solve it, and they get it done

I was coming in and needing advice Phillip was able to help with the item I needed and then he took me to the specific isle that the item was located in.

Although the other HD stores on island seem larger and have more inventory, this new one is convenient with plenty parking and less people.

I’ve been there twice now as it is a new location and the staff is awesome!!! The other Home Depot’s aren’t as friendly or helpful.

Made an online order for pickup. Minutes after checking out I recieved a call that the AC unit I chose could not be found in store and was offered another one with the same price but had less features so they accomidated me with a discount. Very happy overall

This new location was amazing. Parking was a breeze with many open stalls. Staff was super friendly throughout my experience, which included online order, pick up, standard shopping and self check out. All the shelves were stocked very well and organized. Definitely would make the extra drive to come to this location in the future.

I shopped here today for garden items. My total was $47.52 and I gave the cashier $100.52. She entered $100.51 into the register and proceeded to give me $52.99 in change. I told her I gave her 52 cents and she said she entered 51 cents so I offered to give her another penny so I could get $53 because I didn’t want all the coins. She told me it’s too late because she closed the register and told me to go to customer service. Why would you give 99 cents in change if the customer gave you coins? Doesn’t seem logical to me. Please train your cashiers.

Its so convenient having this store opening close to my house,the place is nicely organized and alot of stocks available.The staff are very helpful and friendly.I hope the garden area has more variety of herbs selection
