Great customer service, we were asked by at least 5 employees if we needed help. Store very clean employees were pulling product forward, picking up empty boxes and cleaning floors. We picked up paint and when a line started other employees came right over without being called.

It would have been a 5 star visit but due to rude associates it became a 1 star visit. And she acted like she did not care that's the sad part.

I needed help to load a bag of concrete. Tim was right there and helped so much. Thank you Tim. I wish more men were like you.

I am thrilled at the assistance I received at this Home Depot, the assistant named Cathy went over and beyond her duties to not only tell me where the items I were looking for were but also took my to them. I was not use to this type of assistance. The checkout lady was very friendly as well.

All the staff at this store was very kind, professional and helpful. The young lady working in the section with the bathroom vanities went above and beyond to make sure that I had exactly what I was looking for along with the proper faucet to go along with the sink. The cashiers in the front of the store along with the supervisor on duty were just as helpful and very welcoming to my family and I. We will definitely be returning customers.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone is very friendly in every department I have been in.

I am a novice when it comes to building anything. I went in this morning to get wood to replace the stairs on my deck and Chris in lumber helped me understand what I needed to do, how my stairs were constructed, how to deconstruct them without destroying them, and helped me find the wood I needed and cut it down for me. 15/10 stars, so highly recommend.

Home Depot gets a bad rap… Sometimes deservedly so. But this Home Depot is managed differently and it shows. I really like shopping at this Home Depot (versus Southfield or Detroit @Meyers) Whatever they’re doing, they do a great job. Very satisfied.

I purchased a large tool box and had the help of two employees to load it into my SUV. I'm very happy they were able to help me as there would be no way for me to do this by myself.

This is one of my favorite stores! I'm learning how to navigate in this enviorment.

I went to the pro desk to get some help with building a Trex deck. The associate that I worked with her name was Joy and she truly was a joy. She helped me so much, and made it so much easier than doing it online myself she knew exactly what I needed, plugged it all in in the quantities I gave her and she went with that to me. She was very knowledgeable and this Home Depot was way better than the Home Depot on Hoover. I will continue to go to Home Depot on 12 mile and John R the people that I did meet there seem to be very pleasant and happy in their job Again Joy was a joy to work with, and she truly loves her job and people.

Vicky always greets us on our way in and gives us a laugh before our way out. She’s the reason we are recurring customers to this location.

waited 45 minutes after asking two different employees for help during that time to purchase a Ryobi Lopper, probably another 15 to 20 just to find the first one for assistance - never got help - managed to get one a lopper that I found not secured off the rack and took to point of sale - assistance was never sent -

I went in for paint and was blown away by the level of knowledge Steve in the paint section had. He walked up to me and asked if I needed help and ended up spending a good ten minutes teaching me about paint brands and types. That doesn't include the greeter that asked if I needed help when I first walked in or the two very helpful ladies at the cash register. If you haven't been to Hope Depot on 12 Mile, stop in, you won't regret it. Great energy.
