Did you know there were garage ready freezers? I found one at Home Depot. I tried to purchase on line, I was told they did not deliver to my zip. So I called the store and the employee walked me through through the purchase

I love Lufkin's Home Depot. They have a checker to assist in checking me out!!

The products are good quality and dependable. The employees are for the most part helpful and friendly. There was one individual who apparently doesn't like to show up and do his job. Fortunately for me the cashier was able to help me load my soil and mulch. Saving my back.

I appreciate this store being here. It is the only Home Depot for several miles around. I do a lot of online shopping and the people are great when I pick up my orders. I also enjoy in-store shopping and being asked if I need help. I normally don’t but it is nice to be asked. Thank you. Great store !

I was extremely disappointed in the delivery and installation services. The refrigerator was dropped off, hardware & ice maker were not installed, the packaging & old refrigerator were not removed. The driver told me to call a plumber but didn't say why I should do this. A week later, after several phone calls to the delivery people and a plumber and a trip to Home Depot; I still do not know why. At 84 years old, I did not expect to have to do the installation myself.

The associates are very helpful. The paint department always takes care of everything I need including any other colors similar to what i had picked out. Most of the time i always buy the suggested colors. The paint department employees are very genuine and interested in what project you are working on. All the employees in this store are awesome i can always get the help needed because there are so many associates working there.

After going to the checkout and paying for a push mower as I was instructed to do by associate.I was then told I would have to wait 30 minutes to get the mower loaded.There was no manager available to ask about this matter.The associates acted as if this was acceptable customer service and did nothing to get me help.I lifted the box on a cart and proceeded to leave the store. Another customer asked the lot associate to help me put the mower in my car.This is the worst customer service I have experienced being an elderly female.I

Every time I go in this store I’m always treated wonderful by the store associates I never have to hunt down a store associate for help they always approach me themselves and ask me if I’m ok and do I need help The savings and discounts here are just as good or even better than others

We purchased a John Deere lawn tractor today. We called first and asked if one was in stock. 'Yes'. We asked if it could be picked up today. 'Yes'. We got there (from an hour away) and unlike what we've found with the competition, the tractor was in stock. Yea! We bought it, loaded it, and mowed this afternoon. Yea! No wait, no fuss, no misleading statements, no avoidance, no lies . . .Yea! HD delivered as we've come to expect. We'll not shop the competition ever again. It's all about customer service now and HD tops all.

I shop frequently at this home depot and I always receive excellent help with any questions I may have. Just a great shopping experience every time.

This store does not open on time. The employees are rude and could not care less about doing their jobs. The management is a joke. This store would be better off as a vacant lot.

THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO LUFKIN STORE #0513 IN MANY YEARS. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED! I FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. THE STORE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED.

We bought materials to build a tile shower. Home Depot had all the materials that we needed. And some of the materials were on sale which saved us a lot of money

Hands-down, this is by far the best Home Depot I have ever been to. The PRO Desk here is clearly one of the staple attractions. But it doesn’t stop there, Today, one of the employees actually took me to five separate areas to fill an order and he knew exactly where the items were that I needed in each one of those areas. I was completely blown away. That’s the way home improvement store should be.

If you're expecting things to cost what they're marked, go somewhere else. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, go somewhere else. If you like to over pay and be treated like garbage, this is your place to shop!
