Greg in the Electrical Department is very knowledgeable, patient and is always extremely helpful!

This Home Depot location is always well-organized, with employees that are anxious to help and aisles that are kept clear, so getting in and out with what you need is a breeze.

Came in to do some other shopping and while I was there I met Bruce in Appliances. He found the right refrigerator for our family and made the whole process really easy!

Went in to buy some colored caulk and the employee who helped was knowledgeable and friendly

This store while probably not one of the busiest is my fav as the staff is always helpful. Last time I was there they stayed open a few minutes late to help me get my trees and helped load them into my truck. Thank you!

I needed help putting an A/C in my shopping cart then in my truck. Both times there was no wait for prompt service with a bulky purchase

It took 15 minutes to get an associate to cut one piece of wood once. Plus, the checkout process did not give me the option of an email receipt. Plus the paper receipt came out crinkled and barely readable due to a paper jam. The associate was trying her best and was nice. But, she needed backup.

I have received great service at this store.

We had a pretty large expense at Home Depot and we needed help. We found Deb Pace and she provided us the best customer service we have ever had at Home Depot. Her knowledge and thoughtful help was exactly what we needed. GREAT EXPERIENCE

I had an excellent experience purchasing a range from the appliance department and the Customer Service counter was great as well, helping me to get my purchase completed/delivery scheduled.

I come to this HD about 4-5 times a month. On one occasion I needed help with removing a stuck rusted bolt holding my license plate, the gentleman at the store suggested useful products to use and even helped me with the removal of the stuck license plate after I failed on many attempts. A lot of the seasoned employees here are super knowledgeable and helpful and take pride in their work. They are the keepers and be given raises. However, the opposite is true for some of the younger employees at this store who have literally answered "i don't know" when I asked where a product was located. They are also reluctant to help with cutting lumber or any assistance in genera.

The employees at this Home Depot location were amazing! All of them, especially Mark in Window and Doors, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Various employees went out of their way to recommend things or to simply ask if we needed help! Would highly recommend going here!

Calli at the Pro desk is excellent! We made a large purchase for a project and were extremely happy that Calli helped us. She was knowledgeable and personable and very pleasant to work with. She treated us like people and was genuinely excited about our project. Definitely recommend Calli!!

Good products, good service and if thing are not right, they go to extremes to make it right.

Staff were helpful in finding items, letting me know which ones were via website only and helped make alternative suggestions for last minute gifts.

The cashier is rude and plays on her phone the whole time she is working. I also purchased something that I never received and went I went back she was no help in resolving the issue.

The cashier Julio was very nice and helpful.

I usually shop at the Broomfield location. The items I was looking for weren't in stock so I called this location and they checked the inventory and what I needed was available. They had what I was looking for and held them for me for a few minutes as I drove to the store. I was able to get in and out with friendly service and made it back on time for a reservation with family. Thank you!

My old dryer was having problems so I purchased an LG Washer and Dryer at this store. If you want a truly customer-oriented experience, ask for Douglas C. in the major appliance section. He is knowledgeable about all the products and explains their differences in an easy to understand way to make the decision-making process easy. And then he helps you through the buying process, making it a breeze. I swear, I did not know this guy before walking in the store, but man, if I had an appliance store...I'd steal him from Home Depot. LOL I was pleasantly surprised.

Pro desk employees acted put out that we needed to check out. The fork lift driver loaded a whole pallet of concrete at the very back of my trailer, and couldn't figure out how or why he needed to push it forward. Basic, day 1 stuff here. If you're going to charge artificially inflated prices for building material, you could at least have decent CS. This was pathetic. I've been a contractor for 20 years here, and never have I had such a poor experience at HD.

Sharon is the best and needs to be recognized for all her hard work at her job and all the kindness that she showed us. I wish every experience in retail would be this warming and pleasent! We left feeling not only that we had been helped and that she went above and beyond. We left with happy tears in our eyes to be able to meet such a kind and helpful person! I am not joking when I say she is the best and deserves more than just to be reconized! She is FABULOUS!!! ♥

This store does not offer the same recycling of batteries, plastic bags, etc, as your Boulder store. Also, supplies appear to be more limited. When using plastic HD gift cards or paper gift cards, once my ID is in your system, I should NOT be required to always bring my driver's license.

The Home Depot #1506 in Louisville, CO has the best appliance specialist we have ever met. His name is Douglas C. He listened carefully to all our needs and took the time to help us identify the best refrigerator. He is a true professional and an incredibly caring human being. We hope you are as fortunate as we were and have the opportunity to have him help you with your appliance needs.

Of all the Home Depot stores in the area, this is my favorite one. It doesn't seem to matter the time of day or day of the week that I come into this store, I easily find help from one of its employees! No searching.....no getting sent to some isle to find it myself....just helpful employees who take their time to show you where something can be found.

This is my favorite Home Depot in the area, when you are in the store Its clean and well laid out with helpful in-store staff. This will continue to be my prime home improvment store although I shop the Boulder and Longmont store as well when stock is lacking quantity I need.
