I have remodeled 3 homes and am building on now and have purchased all items for my building projects from this Home Depot. They really are the best.

I haven’t had a problem from this store. I been using it for 6 yrs. Now. I realize that with Covid the phone might ring off the wall for folks calling in for answers. But each time I call the help is awesome. I like it that they carry Dewalt & Milwaukee tools.

I bought this outdoor smart plug and it works awesome for plugging in holiday decor, inflatable’s, etc. and just turn them on with your phone

Recently purchased an AC unit on line. Fed-x delivered it and the driver dropped it off the ground and proceeded to roll the 109 pound unit end of end through the ditch. I told him to stop. Anyway, Home Depot was shocked and took care or the situation about and beyond, thank you Home Depot!

Home depot sold me a tuff shed under special reduced price and then reimbursed me without my approval saying it was already sold. Tuff shed gave me a new one (same price) with around $4k in LESS features or upgrades... Jason (store Mgr) treated in a condescending way...

Found exactly what I needed along with home delivery and free install on the appliances I purchased.

Amazing employees! Definitely recommend this store for all of your home improvement needs!

Amazing associates!!

Had a medical emergency at the cash register and couldnt breath. The teller kept asking if I would sign to end transaction never asked if need help was just tring to be done with us. Other employes did not come to either. Other customers came to help but not employees

Whether it be paint, or lumber, I can usually get it n go. When it comes to gardening I can spend an hour browsing easy with all the assorted plant & equipment.

I want to give a huge thank you and shout out to RAE, in customer service, and NATHAN, in appliances, for the great customer service they provided today! These 2 employees did not stop until they helped us pick up our order that was not pulled and ready for pick up as the email/text indicated. They helped us find our "lost" items on the shelves, walked through the store dragging carts, and even loaded our orders onto our truck! These 2 got out of their "assigned areas"and went above and beyond to find solutions for our problems. Please give Rae and Nathan a high five and "way to go" when you visit your local HD!

I needed help with an item that was locked up. I hunted down employee who said they would get someone. Waited 5 minutes and no help. I hunted down another employee who was in the paint department. She seemed annoyed that I asked for help and I waited another 5 minutes. I hunted down a third employee who was incredibly helpful. She deserves to work at a better place.

Melanie and Francisco provided outstanding customer service today. I had to go to store twice for large heavy items and got them both times. Very pleased with their attitudes and helpful service.

Allen Lewis helped me quickly checked me out fastest I ever been checked out in the store I’ll be wanting Allen to check me out more

I do wish they had some tools like the bigger Home Depot’s but they do pretty well they have a lot of things that others don’t. I used all Milwaukee tools and some of the bigger ones have more tool verity sometimes

I had to go to Home Depot and pick up some material that my husband needed to make some repairs on the house and I was dreading it but Tonda T. an employee help me out tremendously!!!

After the recent storm in Texas my Texas tenant had no power and the temperature was very hot. I contacted the local Home Depot and with the help of the Home Depot employee (tenant was in the store) we were able to purchase a portable generator and ac unit. This was a win-win result for everyone involved. The tenant and his family are extremely happy, I am very happy for being able to help my tenant and very happy for the great service provide by Home Depot. Thank you

Today I went into the Longview Home Depot to look for patio furniture. I first went to the Garden Center and was amazed at how well the plants and flowers have been taken care of. No dead plants! I then made my way to the patio furniture. While sitting in the chair, testing the cushions of a particular patio chair, I was approached by both Luna and Ethan. They asked me if I had any questions and they told me they could deliver the patio set for free with purchase. They even offered to assemble a set that they had in the back instead having to take the set there on the floor. I agreed to purchase the set, have it assembled and definitely took advantage of the free delivery. Had it not been for Luna and Ethan, I would have talked myself out of the purchase and would have left the store. Both Luna and Ethan demonstrated excellent customer service!
