Bought a porcelain enameled steel bath tub. It was broken. Returned it and bought an acrylic (which had box damage I didn't see until later), thinking it would be stronger. Got that home, and the bottom left corner of the tub was almost broken off! Talked to another customer in the tub aisle who mentioned this had happened to him too. Incredibly frustrating.

Kim is such a gem and everyone at the Londonderry HD promotes a local, home town feel for a large box store. Everyone loves locally and ia super helpful.

I bought a whirlpool stackable washer and dryer. It was easy over the phone as I knew what I needed.

VERY WELL MANAGED GARDEN SHOP

Just bought a bag of Scotts Fall Weed & Feed and 3/4 of the bag was wet.

I had to go through three garage doors before I found one that wasn’t damaged these doors are way too heavy for one person to handle, therefore they were always getting damaged. I think it’s a supplier. Asa rethinks the situation or you’ll be taking back a lot of doors all the time I’ve been in the business for 55 years.

I purchased fencing from Home Depot in Londonderry, NH. I saved almost $7,000 compared to a fence company in Derry, NH. The contractor Home Depot uses to install fencing is awesome. There were around 10 workers here and my fence was installed in 6 hours and looks amazing! The contractors were so respectful and did an awesome job. I highly recommend Home Depot for your fencing project.

If you need wire be prepared to wait and bring 2 carriages if you plan on other shopping. You are not allowed to bring material to checkout.

I came in tonight looking to buy some gifts for my boyfriend for Father’s Day. I was immediately greeted in the tool section by Dante and another employee. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were so patient and kind and professional. It’s so nice to be able to get help from a man who doesn’t talk down to you as a woman and also makes you feel comfortable and at ease. It was late and close to closing but these guys were on point. and I’m so appreciative for their willingness to help. Dans was my cashier and she was also very patient. She was very sweet and talk to my son. Well I was looking up some products online and price checking. These guys give a really good personal, and friendly customer service. this is the type of customer service. I would not expect at a store like Home Depot, but normally get at smaller stores. I was very impressed with my experience and I will absolutely be shopping at this location again. I would rather drive the extra 15 minutes to come to this location than the other Home Depot. That’s closer to me.

I bought a pressure washer and followed up with a zero turn John Deere mower a week or so later. Both experiences were terrific. Both gals that assisted me were excellent! THANKS!

This particular store has the best customer service hands down! From the moment 8 walked through the door and all through out the store I was greeted by different associates who seemed genuinely happy. Being in retail myself the work environment needs to be positive in order for associates to exude this type of customer service. kudos to the team in Londonderry !

I have visited this store several times since moving to New Hampshire from Connecticut. Each trip has been a pleasure due to the knowledgeable and friendly employees, extensive inventory and pristine environment. I have shopped at numerous Home Depot’s in different cities and states. The Londonderry store demonstrates excellent customer service, maintains an extensive inventory of products and offers an atmosphere of inspiration and creativity.

I had to return a product I had just purchased. I removed it from the box and saw that it was damaged. The gentleman in return's was just so helpful. He made an annoying experience much more pleasant.

One Sunday I went to 3 different stores to get what I wanted to purchase. #1 Londonderry, they are always helpful and nice. Everyone. #2 Salem, store is little more tidier. #3 Not one employee greeted me as I passed them or asked if I needed assistance. One employee in the return section was just rude.

We have purchased all of our appliances from this Home Depot through the years. They stand by their products, services, pricing and finance plans (which we appreciate) They have a great team and leadership comes from the top:) Special thanks to Appliance Specialist John DeSimone, thanks to him even on a busy Saturday we have a microwave once again later this week!
