Great customer service here.help all throughout t he st or e . Has got to n way better since 2020

Comparative to my regular Homedeot store, this Little York store ran circles around it. The associates were friendlier, more attentive and seemed to genuinely liked their jobs and duties. Model store i'd say! Kudos you guys!!!

I specifically came to this store because they had the jack hammer I needed. When I got to the register, I was informed of the contractor Pro account, the Home Depot credit card and the Pro App. I didn't know they had so much to offer contractors like me. The tool dept sales rep was also super helpful in getting me the items I needed. Thanks again!

I shopped at this home Depot previously but today was different.i was greeted tthe door by a nice young lady she also helped me check out quick scanand go. Thanks to Moriah I'll definitely be back to his home Depot more often

Shemeka was the person that attended me at the register. Kudos to her. She has a frustrating job if you know this location, then you know. Even with all the language barriers she attended me with a smile

Today I went in to Home Depot and was meet with great, friendly attitude, the employees was so helpful in my shopping experience.

We had an amazing visit at the Little York store. The staff teamed to assist us in finding the right air conditioning. We found one within our budget and was assisted with how to register for the protection plan. Great Job! We love our Home Depot.

why are there so many curbside parking slots

I bought some lumber at Home Depot Nov. 3, 2022 and was very impress with their customer service. I did not have to walk all around the store to find assistance. They were very helpful and patient in answering all my questions, that was a plus for me.

Today we went to Home Depot on Little York. To my surprise a woman greeted us for the first time ever. Then we needed help. We needed something that was way up high in the overstock. A busy young man stopped what he was doing to assist us. We watched as used safety protocol to get the merchandise down. My husband was very surprised that he was so polite and helpful. We had come to the conclusion that good customer service was history, but Ben proved to us that there are still great employees that take pride in their work. We wish Ben all the best! Thanks Ben! OH! And the cashier in garden was very polite as well!

Nasty employees the one who checked me out

I'm a Pro Xtra customer that spends several thousand each year and I keep coming back because of the people. I know so many by name and I like that.

Regana does not care about customers and constantly on her phone

This location has the worst customer service and the laziest employees. I had to drive back and forth because while In store they wouldn’t check to see if my delivery arrived even though I had confirmation that it did. When asked the young lady only check the computer where apparently someone forgot to enter it as delivered. I showed the young lady my fedex confirmation but she dismissed it and told me to come after several days.

I can honestly say I didn't take long finding Ramsey hammer pins

Employees need help costumers

Most of the employees here try their best to meet customer needs and satisfaction.

I love this store. The employees are so helpful and polite. I purchased several totes and one employee made sure I got all of them to the checkout while the checkout person double checked to make sure I had all of the right size tops. Great place!
