The outdoor garden plants at the Liberty Lake Home Deport are fantastic right now! I was impressed that I was able to purchase a pot of leaf lettuce, both green and red, already 7-8 inches tall, for under $15 to start some container gardening.

I’ve been to no less than 6 home improvement stores in the last two weeks. Save your time & come straight to this Home Depot. They have the most helpful associates - never annoyed or inconvenienced by your questions & dedicated to providing the best service to help with your needs.

I was looking for a deadbolt and key. A young employee, Kayla, asked if she could help me. Told her what I was looking for & she found it instantly and asked me if I’d like to have her key it to my existing key. She rekeyed it to my existing key in less than 5 minutes. She saved me having to make multiple key duplicates & distribute to multiple parties. I offered her a tip for outstanding service. She declined it saying my coming in & the opportunity to help me was reward enough. OUTSTANDING!

I always get excellent service from Doug in the garden department. He always goes above and beyond to help me and my wife.

Roofing supplies were ordered and I paid for delivery to occur that weekend. The store "randomly" (according to their staff), sent my order to Coeur d' Alene, who sent it back to the Liberty Lake store. I received a text late in the evening, the Thursday before my delivery, noting delivery was changed to the following Tuesday. I had secured a weekend crew to roof my home and now am out and have to try and reschedule when they are available next. Talked to several staff at the store who all loved using "unfortunately" and all noted that they could refund the cost of the delivery, but that was all they could do. I wasn't happy, but agreed to the delivery refund. I then received an email, that my entire order had been cancelled and refunded. Now I not only am out getting my roof installed on the weeknd, I am out the roofing supplies. I believe this is my last visit to HomeDepot. There customer issue resolution is extremely lacking.

Every employee we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Debbie Smith went out of her way to help us! She answered any and all questions we had, plus she had us both laughing. It definitely made for a great shopping experiences!

Not sure about employee privacy. So I will only describe the experience: Needed to have some keys cut. Two employees helped. They were both so kind and diligent. They were both exceptional, professional, and helpful. One was the Mentor for the other. I could see the respect they had for each other. And by extension for me. Very good experience.

I’ve always shopped at Home Depot, and when I moved here last year from Colorado, Home Depot was my go to store! As I begin to evaluate my homes improvement needs, I was off to Home Depot and spent a lot of time there over the next few months. I was fortunate enough to be helped by a very knowledgeable woman in the Millworks department. Her name was Elle. She was the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have encountered in any of the home-improvement stores. Willing to help. Willing to answer my questions and what she didn’t know she would find out. I appreciated her, taking the time and sharing her vast knowledge with me to help complete my projects. She is a stand out star as far as Customer Service is concerned in my books. And I am a pretty picky customer .

Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly associates like Jessica (irrigation/plumbing), Debbie (appliances), and Lorraine (cashier) made our visit extraordinary and far beyond what we expected. Worth the drive from Perry District to get accurate advice and demonstrations for sprinkler system setup and an appliance search.

Everytime I come in with a project idea or fix it challenge your people will connect me with the perfect person & the correct products to make it faster & as easy as possible. I've rented equipment, bought garden supplies & a hundred household items over the years. Your store is beautifully organized & you all make an ole gal like me still able to say, I can do this!. After spending over $3k at the store in the last couple months there have been enough negative interactions with store employees for me to avoid shopping there in the future.

I was building my kids, a sandbox and a gentleman name. Carlos went over and beyond what he needed to do to help me. It made me feel like family. He was very knowledgeable about everything that I asked in his customer service skills were beyond measure. I do appreciate everyone at Home Depot especially people like Carlos to go out of their way to help those that Have home projects that are new to them

You opened your store just as we did a big remodel. Purchased as much as we could from you Your location for us was so close and convenient at 21701 E. Country Vista Drive Liberty Lake Wa. We have always been very satisfied!!!!!

I bought a Ryobi Edger/Trimmer about three years ago. I work with the Spokane Mountaineers managing weed and grass growth on the hiking trails in and around Spokane. The trimmer is super dependable. I am so happy with Ryobi, I have since bought a Ryobi lawn mower, a Ryobi leaf blower and this 10 inch Cordless Chainsaw.

I have been doing home improvements since Sept 8th, 2021 & have used Home Depot in Liberty Lake for my primary needs of those improvements. I appreciate the assistance ive rec'd. 1 Warning: Do Not use PN Dub painting for painting or decking!!

If I have a choice to shop in person, I’ll choose this store over others that might be even be closer. It’s easy in and out, associates are always friendly and willing to help. There’s a good selection of products and the store is laid out in a way that makes sense.

I went to the store after a product to fix my toilet that failed at 8 at night. The older gentleman that assisted me was great. Not only did he show me the product I needed to fix the problem, but also explained how to install it.

Im a flower and yard person also a SINGLE female so its nice to be able to go and ask questions as im a do it myself kinda chick I can always find somone who has the info I need. Its appreciated!
