Rented a log splitter today - busy Saturday - and it was refreshing to do business with folks who do the job right. Check in and out was seemless, equipment was in perfect condition and the price was right. Hard working group at this Lewisville HD equipment rental. Won’t hesitate to do business here again and will highly recommend to others.

This Home Depot has awesome associates, willing to listen and provide helpful suggestions. I needed help late one evening at the Lewisville Home Depot. I couldn't locate an associate in the plumbing department where I needed help, but found Calvin working in a different department, as plumbing was not his department. He proceeded to stop what he was doing and assist me for the next 15 to 20 minutes. He found the exact part that I needed (and I honestly didn't think such a part was available). Calvin's assistance went above and beyond what is typically found in retail stores today. Super job, Calvin , and thanks again!

Always have the materials on stock

Department Customer Service people are always helpful and knowledgeable. Items I want are always in stock. Checkout is smooth and easy.

Recvd an item as a gift. When I brought it in to return it and consider shopping for something else, the clerk would only offer half the original price. She didn't explain that was policy and I only discovered the issue after speaking with the original purchaser, gift giver.

I had purchased two lights for the vanity and my contractor was installing them when he noticed there was a part missing. So I needed to get it replaced fast. I found the item at the Lewisville store, called and confirmed it was in stock and then headed that way to get it. While I was there I also returned 4 other items that didn't work due to a size issue. Shay in Returns welcomed me in and helped with my return. She was so kind and got my return completed and located where a replacement light could be found. I was in and out quickly and felt like my business was valued. I was also thanked when I did a self checked out and wished "Have a nice day". From beginning to walking out the door it was a great experience.

I came to this Home Depot in search of a cable locking system for my new car hauler Trailer. Their employees greeted me and assisted in helping me find the items I was looking for. And checkout was friendly and Thankful for my business!!!

I am deeply grateful for the incredible assistance provided by Kayla. I had ordered a substantial 250-pound Husky Tool Storage Unit for in-store pickup, as a birthday gift to myself. However, upon opening the unit on my actual birthday, I was disheartened to discover that it was damaged. This was quite a disappointment. I initially reached out to customer service, as I had originally placed the order online. They assured me that I could arrange a pickup and exchange. Regrettably, I later learned that this wasn't feasible due to the in-store payment. This situation left me quite stressed, pondering how we could load the unit back into my dad's car and manage to exchange it at Home Depot. Then came my encounter with Kayla at the Lewisville Home Depot, and she genuinely turned my birthday around! She organized the arrival of two remarkable gentlemen, Alex and Dereck, who were incredibly kind and willing to help. To my relief, they loaded the damaged unit and placed the new one on its side, allowing me to attach the wheels. The Home Depot Team, including Kayla, Alex, and Dereck, exceeded my expectations in turning what could have been a disappointing birthday into an exceptionally memorable one. Their exceptional customer service truly warmed my heart. I want to express my wholehearted gratitude for their efforts and for making this gift to myself so special. In all my years, I have rarely encountered such remarkable customer service. Thank you, Kayla, Alex, and Dereck, for turning my birthday around and making it a truly unforgettable experience!

I’ve been shopping at Home Depot for the past 25 years and have been submitting their customer surveys almost every time. I have not once ever heard back from anyone employed by the store. Believe me I’ve asked.

Purchased Lifeproof carpet a couple weeks ago. The flooring team and manager took the time to make sure the buying process went smoothly, even on a busy day.

Online inventory showed 4 Husky Tool chests that I wanted in stock. Called the store to just confirm and have someone set eyes on the item before making an out of the way drive since my local Home Depot didn’t have it in stock. Wasted a hour of my time to have employees trying to hunt down this item, which was in fact (shocker) not in stock. I purchased the item while I was waiting for the forklift guy to move it up front, and used a 15% off coupon. After hearing the news that it wasn’t in stock, I opted for a refund on both my card and the coupon I used. Got the refund on my card, but the coupon was a complete loss, they said once it’s used you can’t re-use it and I’ll have to call a 1-800 number. Wasted a 30 min drive, and a hour waiting around the store trying to hunt down my item, and lost my 15% off coupon to top it all off. Beyond frustrating!!!

The store is always clean and organized. 95% of the time I need assistance there is someone to help me or find someone else who can. It's just a great place to find what I need.

There is not much to say about this store other than Hayden should be the employee of the year, if he is not already. I would also have him in a management training program to take over a store one of these days. It's people like him that you can tell enjoy what they do, and that they enjoy working with people. He is also a problem solver. I have witnessed him first hand training other employees on certain aspects of the store, from entering skew numbers to finding items for customers and he is very good at it, he really does appear to have a good time doing what he does. He presents himself well and from my experience, I can tell he is good at what he does. If you want good employees then you must have great employees train them to do well. More importantly, Hayden commandes their respect, I can see it in their demeanor when I've seen him in action. I have been a senior executive for many years traveling the world and working with over twenty thousand (20,000) direct report employees and with all my years of tenure, Hayden is simply one of the best I have ever encountered in a retail setting! I have seen many people over the years demand respect, and as we all know, that simply does not work, it only drives a wedge further between them. But not with Hayden, he is just good, no, he is great at what he does.

If by chance they don't have what I need, they check other stores in the area to see if they have it. They even call me when it becomes available in that store

I was looking to replace my dishwasher, and I was able to find a dishwasher at a great price with no nonsense. Easy and quick.

This location had the product I needed. It was stacked too high for me to reach but TJ came to my rescue and loaded my cart for me, came to the checkout and took my cart to my car. He stacked the bags of rock neatly on top of one another, not just tossed in the trunk! Friendly & courteous & respectful young man.
