Couple of months ago I brought the Trex Composite Deck planks for my deck. My friends enquired about this product especially the color they liked. Two my friends did their deck with the same color and product from home depot

Z helped me with loading my carts & my car- it was excellent customer service! And now my house is finally decorated for the holidays the way I want it. W/o Z's help I would have likely settled on some lights w/o these great items!

The window delivery and install were as planned because the salesman at the Leesburg store got it right in the first place.

Great store, very organized, conveniently located, and most of all, a wonderful employee staff who is hardworking, dedicated and cares about your experience. Congratulations Home Depot in Leesburg; you got it right!!!

The young African lady at the desk saw lines forming long and started taking customers to check them out and got the lines moving. She was exceptionally courteous, asked how our shopping experience was, and if there was anything else she can help with. She even asked if I had my phone number for the xtra rewards and then asked me for my job name/number (usually I have to have cashiers go back and re enter things so they can enter the job code). She is a model employee others should emulate.

I am building a deck and had a difficult time placing the order in store. Incorrect items were selected and delivered. I spent a significant amount of time trying to correct things until I became frustrated. I went into the store a little aggravated but the store manager Roger was understanding as was Becca. They worked to correct all of the issues… made things better and overall I’m back to being a happy customer! I appreciate hard work and dedication when I see it.

I purchased a dishwasher that was slightly too large for the cabinet space The attitudes of everyone I spoke to. from phone customer service to delivery and pick up crews, were excellent..

Purchased a large Husky tool box, roller base and upper cabinet, on sale for $498 from $798. What a deal and great customer service with check out and loading onto my truck!!

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for about 10 years now and have never not once ever had a bad experience. The people who work here are all wonderful and know what they are talking about, it's nice to talk to someone with experience in a field that you need help in. I don't know why it's taken so long to write a review but here it finally is and it's all golden.

Fair price...efficient service

Almost walked out when I couldnt locate an Item. Judy, who was probably on her way for a break, stopped to answer my question and look for the missing item. She found it over head 4 aisles over and enlisted David to pull it down. I drove from Warrenton for this item and almost left when I couldnt find it.

We are having to bathrooms remodeled. Working with in-store and online staff has been very good!

I entered the store around 3PM. I sought out help and ran into Chris V. He didn't brush me off. but instead he walked me to the isle to search for the 3 way bulbs.

I pass by multiple home improvement store to go to the this one because I can always get help and find knowledgeable people to answer questions.

I spend a LOT of time in hardware stores. I'm a die hard DIY guy in my spare time. Invariably I have to make lots of returns - because I bought more than I needed. Or bought the wrong thing. I almost always have a good experience at this HD. But today I had a bunch of random stuff to return, and a gentleman name Timothy made the experience so pleasant. He was helpful, patient, and thorough. In general I like Home Depot, but I really love this one - and they have really good people working there. That makes such a big difference!

Considering that I could get the stuff cheaper in China, the shipping fees will be a killer, so after taking into everything into consideration, like prices, distance, ease of returns, speedy delivery, Home Depot is still on my top list for my DIY projects. Staff is always nice and even when they don't know something, they will help you find a person that knows what you are looking for. Now, I go there to get some decoration ideas and thew store never disappoints.

Come here at different times The staff here are always open and available!

Sholeh was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She made the process of ordering carpet very comfortable and easy from start to finish.

Went in for some screws and ended up with way more for other projects i had in mind over the holiday. Staff was very freindly and helpful and made it so comforatble to shop that I was able to quickly find other items i would need later (and great selection so lots of choices)

The employees really make the difference, the store is always stocked, clean, and price, the employees are always their to help. Makes shopping a great experience.

This location keeps getting better and I always find what I need in this location. If I can't find it, someone in the store points it out to me to get me un-stuck and then I am on my way.

I needed a lock cylinder matched to 2 others I was purchasing. The only person who has the skill was in a meeting that was going to end in "15 minutes" but ended up being over an hour and a half. Apparently meetings cannot be interrupted for customer service...

Albert Tubman is super knowledgeable in the electrical/lighting department. Today I was working on rewiring/updating an antique lamp and he literally got me everything I needed for this project. He's helped me in the past with patio lighting and it was the same experience. Super thorough and interested in what you're trying to accomplish so he can help you with a successful outcome. 100% a pro!

Extremely happy with the customer service at Leesburg HD from Christine at the Customer Service Desk and Z the manager. They both went out of their way to help me with online orders. I hope they are working whenever I visit HD!
