The League city store has the absolute best staff out of all Home Depot’s in Houston! I shop there daily and work all over the city of Houston. Most stores have pretty lazy employees, (personal opinion)… but League City exceeds my expectations every time! Keep doing what y’all are doing over there!

Dewayne and Donald sincerely show they care about their customers.

Went to Home Depot and purchased a floor model Christmas decoration. Marcus went the extra mile in helping all the customers he came into contact with. He is a very caring employee! Keep up the great work!

Had 2 very helpful people during our visit. The 1st one stopped & asked if I needed help, she wasn't able to do what I needed but called the person who could. I did not catch her name but I noticed her name tag said she was a Veteran. Anthony is who helped us get our tree trunk trimmed and loaded into the truck.

THE ATTENDANT AT THE PRO DESK HELPED ME A GREAT DEAL AND WENT BEYOND WHAT I WAS EXPECTING

While standing in a line at self checkout on 10/7/23 at 9:13am, cashier Donald was working a promo stand and was not busy. He saw the line and took action. He escorted us to an empty register and was extremely nice as he check us out.

Tiwana did an excellent job at checkout and eased any concerns I had with my purchase.

Every time I come into the garden department Curt is welcoming customers and being altogether wonderful . He is able to effectively care for me! I look forward to coming in because Curt is there!!

I've never ordered anything online through Home Depot but it was definitely a really good experience and very easy to do.

Most of the employees are fairly new. My first experience, A Simple item on the shelf was on the shelf however, was showing 53 in inventory. Another experience there was a language barrier at the paint department, where the associate simply said she did not know how to help me. Another separate experience I ordered flooring and it took them about half an hour to find it because they are so disorganized. The store is very frustrating to visit.

A job is a blessing not a curse. If you don’t want to work, let someone else get the opportunity.

I am so impressed that this location is so convenient, especially if you get help from Taiwana to find what you're looking for.

Everyone at home depot makes me feel like I'm apart of the team. They always help me find what I need, help me load the cart and truck as well , and they also make sure I have a smile on my face before I leave. This is truly the best home depot of them all.

I bought various gardening items.

I had a question about whether or not plants were on sale - they were in baskets of many. Arthur took the time to explain why the baskets and plants were there and emphatically offered resolution to my frustration! He is a great manager!!!

I bought light fixtures on this particular trip there. The best Home Depot that is always striving for EXCELLENCE! I love this Home Depot for their exceptional customer service every time.

HD associates make your shopping experience very nice

For the past trips, I’ve encountered hospitable associates such as one gentleman who assisted me in grabbing wooden beams. As for the most recent trip to Home Depot, I noticed an issue with my purchase and spoke to the assistant manager, Arthur, and he took care of me. Since the other manager was having difficulty with the issue, Arthur creatively addressed the issue and figured out a way to fix the problem. Overall, my experience at this Home Depot is by far the best and several of the other associates service is exceptional.
