I bought a kerosene heater and was was really nice and he kept me really warm during the winter

I try to go there when Amanda is there. She is always welcomes us and is willing to help.

I am here a few times a week grabbing parts for various jobs. Never had a bad experience, in fact its always a pleasant experience. The employees are always nice and helpful. They always seem to have what I need in stock and if they don't they will order it for me.

My husband and I happened upon a tankless hot water heater on clearance. You may imagine how delighted we were to come across a needed but costly item at such a discounted price. We immediately inquired about the item: is it used, is it defective, was it returned, etc. We were assured it was none of the aforementioned and we could return it if there was a problem. After arriving home and speaking with our plumber, my husband began inspecting the contents and quickly realized the item showed signs of wear and was missing the installation packet with instructions. We loaded the unit into our car and returned it. At the service desk we were met by the warm and courteous Natalie who did her best to assist us until she determined that she needed support from the Customer Experience Manager, Kyle. Kyle was friendly, caring, professional, and did his best to locate another unit. Much to our dismay, he was unable to do so but proceeded to make us Home Depot customers for life by honoring my husband and taking care of a veteran of the military. Kyle helped us to purchase another unit within our budget and arranged for delivery. These days, it is not often you come across a young person with a terrific work ethic like Kyle’s. He is a true talent and asset to your company. His interaction with your staff was enjoyable to watch and a true testament to how content your employees are. Natalie, Chris, and Kyle are genuinely nice people and seemingly dedicated employees. I hope to have the pleasure of running into them during my next trip to our local HD store.

The helper ian was patient as I walk so slow due to disability but he was friendly and didn’t rush me and he was fun to help me.

This store had a great selection and really good prices.I shopped here earlier in the week, and I was so impressed, I came back today.Sales floor staff was extremely helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I could find what I needed.I was really impressed, until checkout.Items with bulk pricing did not seem to be ringing up at the advertised discount price.I paused during the self checkout to check the prices.Staff person at check out (Male)was incredibly rude that I was taking so much time.When I explained my concern about the prices, he just pointed to the total on the screen and told me it was time to pay, and that I needed to move along.Very embarrasing. I will NOT shop in this store again.Totally worth paying a little more somewhere else to not be made to feel like dirt.

Two plumbing issues today and both trips to Home Depot Latham resolved them. Great help and advise from Bob (am trip) and Dan, with assist from Gavin (pm trip). Even the customer service person and Kris the cashier were pleasant and patient. It was really nice to have a positive intereaction during an otherwise stressful project day.

Habibi was amazing with his humbleness. I appreciate you and other employees for help.

I specifically asked the guy at the paint counter what product I needed to cover pine board walls that had been previously stained. He sold me a product that did not work! I primed with it twice and the previous stain bled right through. Had to order a different product. What a waste of money and my time!!

Deb in the appliance department was such a nice employee. She was very helpful, kind, knowledgeable about the products, and great with the computer technology. She made buying 4 new appliances very easy. My wife and I we so happy we were able to have her help us! From start to finish Deb was all around excellent, a true people person! She seems like such a great person and the kind of person we need more of in this world. Home Depot keep your eye on Deb she’s the kind of employee you don’t want to ever lose!!

The Team Members here are phenomenal. They go out of their way to help whenever they can.

The customer service I received today was great! Amanda who does not work in the plumbing department, was able to assist me with what I needed. I was in and out faster then if I had to figure it out myself. Thank you!

The sales people make or break a store, and the people at the Latham NY Home Depot are fantastic. They go out of their way to help, and seem to really care that you have a great experience. Kris, my salesperson, was outstanding.

they actually have employees, (not like the competition--where you cannot ever find someone) and they are knowledgeable

I was standing, beyond overwhelmed, when John from the Garden Center took notice and steered me in the correct direction. His help was greatly appreciated! He provided excellent service and wonderful conversation. Give this man a raise!

I received a coupon from HD in the mail. The cashier told me they wouldn't take it and it wouldn't scan. After asking for his manager, he scanned it and it worked. He then proceed to tell me I had to use a HD credit card, which was not true. This employee needs new training or should not be allowed to interact with customers.

The employee named Diana in customer service was extremely helpful in helping me with my issue, and wish That all employees that work for a corporate company would have her attitude!

Employees never know what aisle anything is in, so a large amount of time is wasted wandering aimlessly around the store.

I had to exchange a mower and he customer service was awful. The help desk did anything but help. They actually watched me fall on the floor before a CUSTOMER helped me with the big mower box. Good Job.

Went to buy a gas cap for my Toro mower ended up being able to fine bar greases for my chainsaw, as well. Diana provided exceptional Customer Service in the Yard Equipment area of the store. Will shop there again often, as long as she is there to help.

This store in Latham is a very clean and well equipped store. The workers are friendly and very helpful. They were right there when needed. I didn’t have to walk the store to find help.

We traveled from Saratoga Springs, NY to buy chimenea at the Latham store . Employees do there best to satisfy the customers. Impressive! The store actually has inventory!

Associates are rude and unwilling to help. I was told by multiple people to find an item that was not on the shelf myself, and only then would they get it down for me.
