I bout a ceiling for my living room and it's working beautifully.

Every chance I get I go to Home depot especially on memorial, fathers day etc for the available specials. Also when something gets broken around the house most definitely is my 1st pick to go before headed to other locations prices are awesome staff is awesome love this store .just got this on memorial day to better my tooling awesome so happy to get it .

This is an old Home Depot and the parking lot needs resurfacing with quality materials. Parking lot gets packed and full of reckless drivers . Laredoans deserve another newer location to serve North Laredo customers .

I had initial issues with a returned item that required the intervention of the assistant manager. After identifying the problem the assistant manager and his customer service staff solved the (IT) related issue and promptly processed the return. Courteous management and staff, great service. HD will continue to be my go-to place for all further building and construction projects.

Worst customer service in the state of Texas. I have been to several different Home Depot store throughout Texas( maybe 20) and by far Laredo has is the worst

I had brought a box cutter and razor replacements for work the staff was very nice and passionate in their work stations.

Mr. Greg from the garden Center was super professional & welcoming. I loved his attitude, and I really appreciated the fact that when I would ask questions about certain products, he could actually answer me & was very knowledgeable about the store & the store's products and promotions going on. I will definitely be returning to shop at that store, hopefully I'll run into Mr. Greg .

i made a 1200sq ft storage and i bought everything at the home depot store in laredo.

I went to purchase a portable ac unit, the workers within the store helped me find what I was looking for. The problem was the employees at the front where the ac units were. They saw me drag the heavy box all the way to the checkout and no one offered to help me. Then the girl in the self checkout saw me struggle and didn't call on anyone to assist me.

I BEEN SHOPPING IN THIS PARTICULAR HOME DEPOT STORE IN LAREDO TX. CANT COMPLAIN. FROM EMPLOYEES TO HAVING EVERYTHING WELL ORGANIZE . LOVE TO SHOP HERE THANK YOU HOME DEPOT.

Very horrible experience. I went to buy flooring products for a shower, and they were completely put. The horrible part was the lady by the name ANA which was very rude. Zero stars for this review.

In one shopping experience I needed help 3 times...All 3 employees I needed to talk with were most helpful! One helped me with buying a shower-head replacement. Another (2 times) with 2 kinds of light bulbs I needed, and the 3rd young man went out of his way to help me with a lonmg list of items my painter gave me that he needed to do a job at my house. The Home Depot employee walked with me from aisle to aisle helping me to select the paint, brushes, roller, tape, rags, even mixing up the color I needed.....I was impressed with his helpfulness and his knowledge of where all the items were located,

Not as good deals compared with another Texas stores

Felipe lancon was of great help when I went to look for wood to make a diy project for my wife. He went above and beyond to help me out. There should be more people like him in this world. He deserves a raise

I've been constantly purchasing at the Laredo, Texas store since the first time I decided to work on my bedroom renovation. The reason for me to recurrently purchase at this location instead of the stores at SATX or even the one in Nvo. Laredo, MX, is the fact that I as a local customer , have witnessed more teamwork which results in quicker and clearer answers for product specifications and applications. In addition, I can share that the staff is very kind to both local and spanish-speaking customers from MX, allowing for clear and effective communication.

The people that work here are knowledgeable and want to help you ! Roel was helpful and you could tell actually cared about the people coming to get help with their projects. Very approachable and made sure to explain in detail how to complete the project ! Thank You Home Depot and Thank you Roel the electrician !

lines are long, not enough employees to help customers, they are either nowhere to be found or are hiding somewhere on their phones while being on Facebook or Tiktok. Open more registers. Train employees to be efficient, friendly, and available yo customers,

This Home Depot needs for carts for the PRO side. Never fails, you have to walk the entire parking lot to find a cart. Takes longer than the actual time shopping.

I am proud to be from Laredo and also to have such an honest and gentle staff working for our local Home Depot store - especially the young people from college who help with every project we have. Especial thanks to young associate Karla who very honestly informed me I left change in a Self-Checkout station. We appreciate more employees like her. Thank you.

I just bought a Samsung dryer today, the price was by far the lowest in my area. And even though it was Black Friday, the customer service was great.

My shopping experience at Home Depot has always been a good one. I needed assistance to find a filter i asked and employee and was told where to find it without having to look all over the place for it. The employee's are very friendly and will go out of there way to help you out.

The associate at the plumbing department was very helpful and friendly.
