It's a nice store but I do have a Home Depot much closer to home.

I recommend seeking out Marilee if you need to purchase a major appliance for the home Marilee was thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, and followed through on her commitments. An excellent experience.

I went in to the Home Depot to get a piece of molding to replace one that was damaged. I also wanted to get a gallon of paint and some sandpaper. I swear everyone in the store was completely friendly and nice and helpful! So much so that I was shocked and amazed. I don’t think anyone has ever treated me that well in a store ever! I got everything I needed at the biggest thing I got was a boost for my faith in humanity.

I went to the Home Depot this month to purchase new blinds for my windows. When I got there the shades that I needed were not on the shelf. I asked an employee for some assistance. She went above and beyond to help me but, what I thought was, I would have to leave the store empty handed. That was not the case with this store. They found my product and did so with a beautiful attitude. Very much appreciated in these times!

Ordered special order Andersen window and patio door also a special order garage door. Orders done concise and in a reasonable time considering the many options you must consider for each order.

Customer service is generally lacking in quality and care. Sometimes I have a good experience but more often then not the associates do very little to help. Generally seem understaffed.

I went to this location to buy a lawn mower blade and air filter the parts were not arranged well and there’s no help to be found. The lady opening registers for self checkout ignored myself and the guy behind me it was degrading.

Bought topsoil, mulch, and flowers. Rebecca helped me with the price of some plants, as I was leaving, another rep noticed I was struggling to put the mulch on my ramp. He came and helped load my items.

They always have what I need and the garden center is lovely.

Today, I visited the nursery at the store to get some plants. I was greater by Ms. Rebecca who said Hello, how are you today? That was nice to hear in today's retail environment which is more self checkout/ no contact. She was very friendly and attentive to each customer in her line. Please give her a raise because excellent customer service is hard to find. Also- Please give the staging staff of the plants a BIG THANK YOU! Everything was beautifully arranged making it easy for customers to purchase desired plants, vegetables, fruit trees, etc. I will definitely come back. P.S.- I wish I took a picture but sometimes it's best to enjoy the beauty with your own eyes.

I just went to buy 40 bags of mulch and the staff in the garden section in particular Justin were fantastic and so helpful

Josh was beyond helpful when it came to the completion of my project. If you have any woodwork projects he’s the guy to ask for!

We are in different Home Depot’s 5+ times a week and Debora made this our best experience ever. She is a true asset to the Lansdowne store.

I was extremely please with the customer service I received tonight. A young lady named Cin came to help me with what I was looking for, I think she saw I needed help and came to me. She helped me with some rather large items for Christmas, scanned and got everything in my cart, (I have a bad shoulder) very rare to find someone like her! Her customer service skills are impeccable. I teach customer service and she is an absolute delight. She made my day! Please keep her. I've been shopping here since this store opened many years ago, she is top notch. Jennifer Wyatt

Anne Z from the paint department was knowledgeable and an absolute delight. She assisted me with all that I needed. She was well informed, patient, eager to assist, and overall very helpful in the process. She went above and beyond to locate me everything I needed. She is great at her job! All the advice she gave me on what I was attempting to do went over very well when I got home. Her assistance made the process so much easier and enjoyable. I was honestly struggling without her. Seek Anne Z if you really need assistance. She is great!

I loved the fact Cyn was so joyous , it is Christmas time and tis the season for it. I appreciated it!

I went to buy a dishwasher; nobody was there to help me! I went to pay for something, no cashiers, only self-service. In addition, two employees doing nothing, just watching me struggle to pay with the stupid machine. They need to hire people that are not rude.

We needed a sump pump very promptly, and my handyman and I needed to pay soon and get back to my house in that severe rain to replace my basement sump pump not to get flooded, I had two small- amount gift cards that i wanted to use them and pay the majority of the item with my credit card, at the self-check out register, I did not know how to do it, but this polite African American polite gentleman who was standing there offered me help, and said: "Dont worry Ma'am, I can help you with the payment." and he patiently and in a very friendly way helped me to pay my purchase with three different cards, to use my gift cards, too. Unfortunately I forgot his name, but I promised him to give him a good feedback, as I believe Vicky, the store manager should know who is a very good employee with great customer service. I have been going to the same Home Depot daily for years and never had a problem returning items I lost the receipt for in exchange for store credit but suddenly on 6/11/22 I was refused my return. They state it’s due to a policy change but there was no notice anywhere near any checkout to warn customers or anything. I think it would be fair if they at least gave costumers a one time courtesy so they know for the future without being penalized. Also to make the policy change well known to costumers.

BEWARE OF RATS IN THIS STORE

The company that runs this section, should consider marking the indoor plants that are dying down instead of throwing them away. There are plenty of plant moms and dads that love to save plants and bring them back to life. They also overwater the plants, which creates diseases

I needed to get a replacement light switch for my kitchen. Having no clue about light switches I called my brother. He told me what to get. I go to Home Depot am I am facing an aisle full of light switches. None that I could see had the distinction that my brother told me to look for. I looked up and saw my savior walking towards me. He helped me find what I needed and even verified it was the correct item but y asking me a few questions.
