Specifically the customer service of Yaneik at the Home Depot in Lanham on Martin Luther King. She was friendly and thorough!! she made sure i found what I needed and I left a very happy customer. There was an error on the Home Depot sign up code when I tried it myself. So she took the time to troubleshoot and consult with other employees to make sure I was able to get my HVAC serviced. She completely made my day. She deserves all the accolades and a raise!

The inventory was wrong upon arriving at the store. I took the closest refrigerator fitting the criteria my handicap brother required. All of the merchandise was damaged, except for one box, which I put on the cart myself. There were no associates available to help, except for the 5 that were near self checkout hanging out. No one offered to help with my purchase at any point. When I opened the package at home, I found a dent in the stainless steel. I called the store after the online chat customer service offered no options. The manager, Christina, told me to bring the merchandise for an exchange. I have no faith in finding a non damaged refrigerator in stock there. I don’t want to return this thing just to have to search for another. This is the typical customer service at this store, unfortunately.

I shop at this Home Depot frequently for all of my large and small projects.

I received exceptional customer care by Audrey at the Lanham store. She helped me find and locate a hard-to-find item. Her assistance helped me to complete my project. Also, Latoya at the same Home Depot further assisted me with exceptional care on a related matter. Having outstanding employees like Audrey and Latoya is a great reflection on the Lanham Home Depot and deserves recognition and consideration for promotion.

I send my servicemen often to this location, I must say the shelves are always well stocked, customer service excellent and knowledgeable staff. This is my one stop for all of my project needs.

Cashier Deloris is extremely rude, very unprofessional, had no concerned about her job, or how she representative the Home Depot brand. She should not be on the front line at any customer service type business. Matter of fact, she would work out better in the loading dock, not dealing with customers. I have also filed a complaint with Home Depot corporate office.

Loved the service and the staff at this store. They will go out of their way to ensure you find what you need in either their store or another. Calls are made on your behalf if necessary. Will highly recommend.

Don’t ever get a key made at this location.

I was looking to purchase a storm door and was initially overwhelmed with the online options. I decided to visit "my" local Home Depot so that I can physically look at the the storm doors. Employee Yolanda Newman showed me the storm doors and was very knowledgable and answered all my questions! I purchased a storm door on the spot!

I love the HD site in Bowie, because people are genuinely friendly and are willing to go out of there way to help you out. The shelves are usually nicely stocked. The bathrooms are always clean.

I had a great experience. Each staff person seemed to work with others as a team. Together, all my questions were answered and I was able to get everything needed fir my projects. They thought of things I hadn't thought if and covered it all. I left feeling relieved and accomplished. Thank you Home Depot!

Return Desk personnel on 10/02/2022 need to be replaced or retrained. They were the WORST that I've seen in a while! Save yourself the aggravation and go to another HD

I am refinishing my deck and wasn’t able to rent a sander from my usual store—thank GOODNESS! The staff at this Home Depot are SO NICE. I was very nervous about taking this on, but left the store feeling like I was capable and knowledgeable enough to do a good job. So far it’s stunning; seriously it looks like a brand new deck. Every single staff member is spoke to seemed genuinely happy to be at work, like they like each other and helping novice weekend warriors. I’m so grateful to them and their expertise!

The nice lady in the kitchen rehab. section was very kind to step out of her 'lane' to help me when the representative in the washing machine area was tied up with a customer for what looked like a long haul! She was perfectly friendly and professional at the same time, she did not pressure me into purchasing more than I needed to satisfy my purpose in coming to the store that afternoon. We were both glad that the machine of choice was available, and she stepped me through the purchase process making sure that every part of the process was clear. Her manner eliminated any 'angst' I may have had going in, and, something that rarely happens, I was almost sad to leave because we were chatting like 'old friends' who in actuality had never met before!

I purchase some lightbulbs and other lights and they work beautifully.
