The checkout attendant had his pants sagged to the point 1/2 of his butt was showing his red underwear. Terrible manager at this store. No standards being modeled for associates to follow.

I ordered vinly planks and they said it will take 24hrs to arrive. It has now been a week with no updates as to why its delay. This is holding my contractor back from finishing the job. Also the custom color paint machine has been down for 48 hrs. I really need a custom paint for my living room since you guys don't have the paint on my account. You have all the other colors I have purchased but not this color.

Upset I needed a sheer cut to fit my car but the machine was down

While this store is conveniently around the corner from our house, in Lancaster, Texas we prefer the other one in Cedarhill, Texas. It has more things in stock. The staff is pleasant and they don't mind stopping to help you. I keep hoping they will get better but until then we prefer to drive a little further to get the good customer service.

I know not all employees should not pay the price for one employee mistakes.I am a Christian believer and I try to honor my father in everything I Do and today was a day where my faith and believe where tested. I hope God blesses everyone whom work here.

There are two employees who made the experience very satisfying. One was in the concrete products area. She has been helpful before. She goes above and beyond to be courteous. The same was true of the employee at the checkout.

Cynthia has waited on me several times as we redo our new home and she always comes though. Helpful and kind. She’s a real asset to this location and the overall Home Depot brand.

Went to Home Depot looking for plumbing supplies for a job my husband is doing . Found WInston . Showed him my list and he immediately found the supplies. He was so kind and caring. Thank you Winston .

The Lancaster Home Depot is a great store. The associates are very knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient, and helpful. Also, the store is always well stocked with products! It is my favorite Home Depot to shop!

You carry good appliances and gardening/yard items. I use this location often.

The ladies at the Lancaster customer service were a huge help. These ladies fix my problem of not getting a lawnmower to getting a lawnmower and we’re very professional at their jobs.Vetia , Kabrena and Andrea fixed all my problems and save the day along with help from the manager Rhonda and I was very pleased with all their service turned a bad day into a great day thank you so much, Charlie Wolff owner Lonestar Wolff construction I am very please to give them good recommendations on the great job they did. I would not recommend using the Will Call service at this location. The pro desk is probably happy with this but for a customer this is frustrating. You purchase items but they are not pulled. I literally saw a contractor and his client pulling there own materials to fulfill the will call order. Home Depot why pay employees for not working. Seems like you worried so much about people self checking out all there items. I need you guys to be strict on employees that literally standing around doing nothing. That's stealing time. If you don't like your job honey fine another one.

The Lancaster Store has an Awesome staff I always feel at Home while shopping.

An associate named Denise helped me locate the appropriate chemicals I needed for my lawn. She helped me come up with a game plan that fit my budget and understood! She’s a phenomenal associate and I’m grateful for her assistance!!

Dom the assistant store manager, Damonic the lot loader and Angela the cashier made my experience fast and friendly.
