The garden center was closed due to inclement weather. Associate Acdaly was ready to help me any way! He got my soil and rocks like a super hero! Ask for Acdaly! He is so sweet, gets the answers you need, and loves to help!

I had an amazing experience at home depot due to the customer experience. I had an idea of what I wanted to do as a DIY doer. But when I got to Home Depot I got recommendations and what I needed plus they cut everything to size. Troy in particular in the lumber department was amazing

Customers service isn’t available here so try the one in Arvada you might get someone that knows how to do there job

The location of this store is easy in and out to a main roadway on the north and south. Location is key to customer satisfaction. I recognized that material carts were neatly organized in designated areas for customers for the next business day. Very great customer service.

Very pleased with customer service. Lakewood, CO North is the Home Depot I like to visit even though it is not my closest store. Easier to find items needed.

Jorge went above and beyond to help us order the right blinds for a 2 unit home. He was patient, pleasant and paid attention to every detail. He answered all our questions and kept us updated throughout the process. We appreciate and thank him for this great experience! Kudos

Went to buy a fridge with my 9y grandson. Employee Brent Chick helped us without an pressure but with a lot of knowledge He engaged us with respect, humor, and never was pushy. And we were able to find the perfect fridge. So look for Brent next time you need an appliance at the North Lakewood store.

The store is well stocked, and it was easy to find the category for the merchandise I was looking for on my list.

I went to buy paint, when I was ready to check out I realized there were only self check out. I had a gift card and was wondering how this would work. Next thing I know Frank is there to help. I didn't have to go looking for someone who was playing with their phone and ignoring customer. He assured me I could use the card. I really appreciated his proactive response to a customer. Great job Home Depot.

I had lots of merchandise to return, but I did not have all of the receipts. Rubin helped by finding the credit cards of the original purchases. I was able to return everything!

I was not looking forward to tackling a project, but Andrew was so helpful in assisting me to making shopping for my project loads easier. It’s wonderful to find employees that are kind and helpful above and beyond expectations these days!

Today Cole went above and beyond to help me with my order. I had surgery and cannot lift anything so Cole helped me pick up and load my car! Wow amazing service.

I needed a difficult to find part for my faucet, found it at the Home Depot store number 1550 in Lakewood, Co. A guy named Mike in plumbing was super intelligent about showing me the part and explaining how it worked.

Thank you Terri for helping me to find the Home Depot buckets! They saved my new tomato plants from our late spring (or early fall!) snowstorm!!

Helpers are accurate in guiding me to the product I want and check out is computerized and quick.

The entire staff at this Home Depot was friendly helpful and willing to help resolve my situation. Kudos to them all.

Employees hang out and chat at cash register. And when you need help 80% of the staff seems put out by requests. There are a couple great employees here but they are far and few between.

I went to buy a Milwaukee power tool set that was advertised on sale and the person working in the tool department didn’t know anything about the sale. Even though there was a huge display and signage on front wall. After showing the associate the advertised sale from homedepot website still insisted not at this store. Got the same response from 2 other associates. Store manager was no where to be found for help.

I live only Minutes from the Santa Fe. Store. But almost every time I go there they don’t have stock. And guess who does! Colfax! So now I go here. They always have the stock. Compared to the mad house down south this store is always nice and clam and a good time. Thanks.
