I was looking for some washers in this very large store. The helpful employees guided me to where I could find them and BJ checked me out with Much enthusiasm. Made my day and visit. Very clean, well organized store. Glad I shopped this location today.

We came with a paint dilema. Our current paint is agreeable gray from 4 yrs ago when we bought our house. We wanted to patch some stain in the wall with a matching color but the color that the contractor gave us was impossible to match. We came to the store thinking maybe they can't match it. Madison in the paint department was very knowledgeable about the percentage of color to mix and try her best to match the sample that we have several times. We got it to almost perfect and we hope it works, however the detail in her work and knowledge assure us that is the closest that we could get knowing that builders will cheat on the paint diluting the paint at the time of closing. We come all the way from Liberty Hill to this home depot because they always have the greatest and knowledgeable staff.

I stocked up on bags of garden soil in preparation for spring planting and also AC filters that I needed and got a great price!

Inventory was not available for in store purchase, but was able to secure for future purchase. In store flooring employee was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Each time I go to this store every employee is very friendly and eager to help. I love the fact that costumer care is a very high priority for them.

If you need an appliance and want a great customer service, ask for Lonnie Tyson - he has helped me with three appliances in the past few months and the experience has always been excellent. Also, he is a veteran so please thank him for his service in protecting us.

Jim from appliance dept and Patricia from carpet dept, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. We just bought a home in Austin and about to move from Houston to Austin. They have shared a lot of tips and their own experience about home improvement projects. Really appreciate the advice.

I had excellent service and a very pleasant experience during the purchases of decorative large bricks from this store that both Madison and Samuel assisted me with in a jovial experience on August 27th and that 105 degree August heat. Very pleasant indeed and I'd recommend this store highly.

BJ at the garden center check out was extremely friendly and cheerful. He just made us smile during our visit. The world could use more people like him in it.

Zack, one of the managers is very dedicated. Although it didn’t get resolved in a satisfactory manner, he tried his best to rectify an aggravating experience at this store.

Lake line Home Depot is one of my favorites. Is rare when I don’t find what I am looking for.

I did have to look around to find someone to help me in the garden section. I waited about 3 minutes for Mike from the gardening section to come over. He picked up all of the heavy bags of granite, pea pebbles etc that I requested, followed me down to check-out and loaded up everything in my vehicle. The folks who work here are great and make you feel like you matter to them personally.

Good Employees Not various items

I am new to gardening and was working on a project. I almost bought the wrong soil and Dave saved me! He even educated me on what to use. I appreciate it how they were cards at the garden center and the great specials. .

The weed and feed has worked wonders on my yard in Cedar Park.

Only writing this review because the survey indicated the store was #0509, which it was not. I purchased my items at #0518 in Sherman, TX.
