Dawn in the countertop and cabinets was outstanding!! She was very knowledgeable about the countertops and made the whole process easy. I went to 3 difference stores and the customer service at Home Depot Lafayette, IN was by far the BEST!

We bought a washing machine on sale on Easter. Our sales associate was friendly and accommodating.

Just bought some oil-based polyurethane for my kitchen floor. The sales person in the paint department assured me that the oil based stain that I had at home would be completely compatible. I can now sleep peacefully! Thank you.

I was shopping for bathroom remodeling supplies. All employees were very helpful. Anthony especially was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had a total of four employees ask if I needed help!! Awesome.

Went to home depot to get a new fridge and TJ helped us. They were phenomenal. Store was clean and they had exactly what we needed

Today I bought a small hand compressor. It uses the 18v battery same as what my other Ryobi tools use. I was amazed at the intuitive use in that you hit plus or minus to determine the pounds pressure and it stops when that pressure is reached. It’s cool and small and has needle g FB or balls and cone for mattress stowed in the under battery compartment.

The staff here is always super helpful and just plain amazing!!!

Big fat FAIL. Had to wait 14 hours last week because no one called and set up a four hour time frame. Was supposed to get appliances yesterday they did not come. We were hoping for today since it’s Thanksgiving week and of course they still are not here. Maybe tomorrow

Needed a few things to finish up a few small projects ts around the house and one stop here allowed me to get everything I needed along with great customer service.

Came today had several issues. Customer service was patient and helpful and went above and beyond usual expectations

Went back to carpet our basement because our first purchase of carpeting went very well

All the employees were polite and friendl

as a carpenter/electrician/plumber or just a jack of all trades stop by and see them at the home depot

Pam is incredibly friendly and helpful. So were the other employees that helped us, but she stands out.

I cannot say enough about the help I received from Dawn in cabinets! She knows her product and knows how it will fit! Every T was crossed and i was dotted!

Thank you for your help with locating multiple items. Even though one of the products was incorrect, the return was quick and the employee stayed with me to locate the necessary material, cut to size and was kind during the whole process. Thank you again!

I was in there about 5 times in 10 days and the customer service was great! Friendly, smiling, happy people! It felt good to shop there!

We went to Home Depot on Friday and had great help! While there we stumbled upon patio furniture that was on sale! We went home and contemplated and then went back Monday and purchased it. The cashier told us to apply for a credit card and if approved we could save even more money! That made us extremely happy as well! Very nice cashier! Very happy with our experience there!

Can't go wrong at Home Depot.

I was walking around trying to find the same paint my wife bought, found it Fitz walked up asked if I needed help just as I found my paint and offered to give it a shake for me before I left. Thanks happy wife happy life!!! Now she can finish the bathroom.

We had great service

Went in to get a few items and Chelsay was great in Lawn and Garden. She helped me get the items that I wanted and helped me find some other items. She's got a great attitude and doesn't mind helping customers. A refreshing experience and will definitely be back.

I recently made a quick dash to this Home Depot in search of an item that would've taken me an hour to find. Instead, an employee was quick to lead me to the product, and when I checked out, there were 2 employees who helped me at self-checkout. The employees weren't avoiding customers but actually engaging with them - with a smile. :) The items i've searched for have been in stock each time I've recently visited this store as well. Kudos to the helpful employees! .

Every time I’m here I’m asked my multiple employees if I need help. My last trip was to purchase a riding lawn mower and had 3-4 employees at one time all helping to get everything handled. Felt like friends by the time we where done.

We ordered windows today. James Waters was the guy helping us. His customer service was above and beyond! Based on his performance, we’ll be seeing him again soon to buy some doors! Great associate!!!

Ron in plumbing is exceptional in his knowledge, understanding, patient, and the ability to be imaginative so in helping you get what is needed for your project. He knew what was needed and where to find the items. Im extreamly thankful for him as they are a rare breed these days. He was nice enough to tell me when he will work again so I can bring more info needed for my IBC water tank project! We need more employees like this who love, or at least has respect their job and customers!
