I take advantage of Greg in outdoor garden, the guy is a master gardener, actually. Then at the Pro Desk I get advice from Jeremy for many things construction regarding the home remodel that I did. (Extensive remodel).

I bought it 2 years ago but I’m glad is still working

I’m a business Owner of a flooring company and I shop here on a daily. Usually my visits are great but today took the cake. I seen a large vacuum being advertised for $199. 00 I knew that was a great deal so I decided to purchase it. But when I got to the register it rung up as $273.90. I immediately let the cashier know it was wrong. She called for assistance and I ran back to take a photo of the price. The supervisor said the employees accidentally put the wrong price and would not honer it. I didn’t understand, the mistake was there’s and they would rather humiliate a customer that’s in a line of other customers then make it right. I’m baffled and irritated

Sunshine really went out of her way to help me get the product that I really wanted! She made my day! She was really helpful! Nice working with her. When she said she was going to call me back she did so promptly.

Item I wanted to buy was no where to be found, they gave me a better product for the same price.

I drove a 3 hour round trip to get a pool chlorine dispenser and luckily they had just ONE! I really hope they stock shelves with more inventory. This is a problem I've always experienced with the Kona Home Depot. Never finding what I need cuz the shelves are empty.

I went in to return a damaged product. Chyanne was so amazing and helped me through the entire process to get the damaged product exchanged for a new one. Everything went so smoothly!

Came to Kona HD to purchase a washer/dryer tower from LG. There was difficulty in locating and processing the item through no fault of the sales associate. Ralissa was resilient in locating the appliance and processing the order. Outstanding service from Ralissa!

The customer service agent was friendly but completely inept! Don’t bother. It’s an exercise in frustration. Make sure they get your order right before you check out!

Maybe have a little area to grab something to eat, customers would definitely shop more and stay longer!

I purchased a washer on 1/2 that was to be delivered on 1/9. It was delivered damaged and I was told by Island Movers that they would deliver another on 1/12. I received an email on this. It is the 12th, no call and no washer.

We went to shop here on Tuesday and Chyanne was super helpful and kind to us. She offered so much help and advice on our shopping needs. She went above and beyond to assist us and help us find what we were looking for at affordable prices. Today we came back to shop for our appliances and both Tim and Chyanne were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They teamed up to give me advice and help me find the best product at the most affordable price. They went above and beyond. They really showed true team spirit and we all won in the end. Overall I can’t recommended Home Depot enough to people. It’s all about the people and the service!

This store has good products and excellent employees who help anyone find what they need.

Judy greeted me and knew exactly where all of the electrical components I needed were, was very familiar with what they are used for and was responsive and knowledgeable. Honestly could say that it is the first time in 30 years that I have experienced that type of custom customer service in Home Depot.

We love to shop at Home Depot because when we get some tools/materials that are not for our projects, we can return it in the Customer Service Department. OLAIVAVEGA has been very helpful. He provided highly efficient, excellent customer service. He is always polite, nice, friendly and willing to help. We like him very much. Having a good return policy is as important as selling products, so customers will have a peace of mind to shop at Home Depot. We know that we can count on it. Word of Mouth is very important for doing great business.

Got all the things i needed to get back into the construction workforce and got approved for a credit card. Mahalo to the staff and supervisors for all your hard work.
