I have a small home improvement project that required several visits to my local Home Depot in Sheboygan

One thing that impresses me the most about shopping at the Home Depot Garden Shop Home Depot has the quality products as well as a better selection for organic soils, & organic amendments, and other high-end garden needs to make your landscaping projects a success. One does not have to worry about opening a bag of soil to find garbage and debris mixed into it.

I go to a lot of Home Depot locations. The store layouts and the assortments are similar. The Kohler store might be really good because of the location...not to rural, not too urban...or it could be because the employees are motivated and nice. I think it's that. And I believe that must be because of the store management. It might be actual department management because the employees are THERE and they have answers and they say thank you. This may seem like little things...but it is not the rule. The Kohler store is outstanding.

I needed help making the correct purchases for my mower tune up. Two clerks gave me full attention with the correct help.

Employees have been great, if one doesn’t know will get someone who does.

I asked for more help at the checkout and the checkout lady said, "Nope, I only help my husband" and walked away.

Home Depot caused water damage at my home and when their installer shot staples into my infloor heat during a glue down install. They also overcharged me and have been a night mere to get my money back. 54 days after I reported the incident I still don't have my money back or money for the damage. Worst customer service ever. Also Home depot did not file a insurance claim for 17 day after I notified the store of the damage.

Please head to the appliance section and search out Linda Mentch, she is very knowledgeable, asks the right questions and is more concerned with you getting the right product than upselling you. What an amazing experience.

I bought a fridge as mine broke. I purchased from Home Depot as the delivery times were faster than other companies. I opted for delivery on a Saturday so I didn’t have to miss work. Customer service confirmed my deliver day/time and said I was the 18 delivery that day. After waiting several hours into my delivery window, I was notified that my final delivery would need to be rescheduled. This was without explanation. Home Depot costumer service could not reach the delivery company as it was closed. Turns out, they just decided they were done for the day and didn’t delivery all of their orders. The second delivery company and Home Depot customer service confirmed this has happened before. They would not put me first on their list for the following week. Instead the booked me for a whole week out. I finally made a complaint to corporate which pushed my deliver date from a Friday to that Wednesday. That Saturday, I had already purchased $250 in groceries to restock what I lost when my fridge broke. However, it went to waste when the company didn’t deliver it that Saturday. Home Depot said they would refund 15-20 percent of the cost. Later, they only did 15 which didn’t cover my loses. When the fridge arrived, the door handles (which were not yet on) were already scratched. Home Depot had to order new ones. So, I had to wait again. When the handles arrived, GE had to send someone up to put them on. I will not order an appliance from Home Depot again.

Compared to other Home Depot’s that I have been in this one is very clean and well organized.

I worked to get new appliances for one of our properties and worked with Linda who was great. She was extremely knowledgeable, was very patient with me, and all around pleasant to work with. I would specifically come back to buy appliances at this location because of the experience I had working with her. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I should know being that I work in customer service for my company.

Home Depot caused water damage in my house installing carpet and now will not even send someone out to look at it or even give me money for the carpet they installed incorrectly per their own contract.

Home Depot installers caused damage to my home and trying to get my money back for the damage or the materials and services provided has been a nightmare!

The store has many associates that are willing to help, and they know their products.

Every time l shop at this Home Depot l get the best assistance from the store associates. The store manager must be the driving force behind this consistent professional customer service. Thank you!

Everything and everyone is wonderful at the store. If I have a suggestion, please have a Home Depot truck at this location. They are wonderful for moving items without having the need to own a truck.

The sales associates are very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful! They take the time to make sure that you find what is needed and answer questions about the products that you have chosen. The store is very clean, easy to navigate and everything is well organized and stocked.

I went to pick up my patio door, the guy brought it to me and asked if I needed help loading it on my truck. I said yes and he walked outside. It confused me because he left me standing there. I took the door outside to my truck & he was out there smoking. I thought it was a D-bag move but I didn't say anything assuming he would help when he was done. I was getting ready then realized he had ghosted me. Not a word POOF gone. Luckily another customer came by and offered to help. He even said "they dont help you at home depot." I guess you got yourself a reputation & a pretty poor one. I'm going to have to be pretty desperate to go back there again.
