No Home Depot no life, Got Home Depot got life!!

I find that the Customer Service staff does what it takes to help you out.

Customer Service excels in their ability to place orders and follow up.

Buyer Beware! 8’ lumber lengths are actually 7’8”, 4” shorter than advertised. Make sure you plan your projects accordingly. I thought I had, until I got the lumber home and realized it was much shorter than I needed for my project.

I used to love this location but the employees here aren't the best now. Tried asking a cashier for help on where to find an item, she just said "I don't know." and went back to scrolling on her phone. So disrespectful. Then I went back to her to checkout and she took at least a couple of minutes on her phone and asked me to wait a second. Then finally checked me out and also kept my recipient that I asked for. When I told her if I can have my receipt, she told me that customers aren't allowed to keep them anymore. What does that mean? I wasn't aware of this. Did not catch her name but she was a tall black larger woman with a green shirt. Really wish she could ve been kinder. At least the store was in stock…

Over the past 7 years we have used our Home Depot account for our home remodeling and updating. All of our lawn chemicals and water softener chemicals as well come from Home Depot. The associates there have always gone above and beyond.

I am Anxious to try out my Riobi battery powered lawn mower. I tried a friend's & loved it. I expect the same.

The crew at Home Depot in kerville have always served me with excellence, and with delight.

I try to always complete the surveys and will continue to do so. I try to give credit where credit is due. However, whenever I have a complaint which isn't very ofter, I never hear from anyone. I don't expect t hear from anyone now. It seems any comment goes into a dead letter file. If you aren't going to respond to issues then why ask for them?

Jessica was extremely knowledgeable of grout colors and went out of her way to load our cart with 16 bags of grout. She answered all my questions in a patient and kind manner.

We have done business with at least four Home Depots during our home improvement project years. The Kerrville Home Depot is our favorite to do business with, because the employees are the most helpful we've encountered.

Just want to say these lady’s go out of there way for each and every customer. And work very professional and have a wonderful courtesy to their customers this is the busiest part of the store these ladies go up and beyond to help customers out I’m sure the other stores are just as good but I believe the Kerrville store is the very best in Customer service

DO NOT let them install appliances! If you do, make them show you the installation instructions and show that they have properly performed EVERY step. The installers I had did not install the washer properly and STOLE the wrench that was part of the purchased washer used to level the washer (one of the parts of installation they did improperly). Few things are more annoying than not doing the job right and sabotaging the owner from doing it by taking crucial parts from the owner.

Today, 11/10/23, I was told that showing my retired military ID card is not proof that I served. I have to register, and of course that means I also have to carry a phone to use the discount. All because the employees are too lazy to key in the discount code - or maybe the corporate HQ feels they can NOT trust their employees to get it right. And they talk about supporting the veterans!

All the employees I interacted with were very helpful and I quickly found what I needed.

Wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a new washer and dryer set. Washer was delivered and installed by HD employees. Upon the first washer cycle, the washer showed an OE Error, the drum won't drain. After 6 days of fighting back and forth with both Home Depot & LG, they're telling me another week before they can get me a working machine. I purchased the Extended Warranty and they wouldn't even send someone out to see if it was a fixable problem. I have spent over 9 hours on the phone over the last few days, have gone up to the store, and won't receive a working washer for 2 weeks after I paid for it. Was told that I needed to get the BRAND NEW WASHER, which is full of water that won't drain, totally emptied MYSELF before HD would replace it. This is a joke.

Went to HD to purchase some items for our latest project and was yelled at by an employee because my husband stuck his head around the corner of a closed off area. We had waited over 20 minutes. Nothing was going on in that aisle or the adjacent aisles. We tried to get someone to help us but of course there are never employees around unless you go at 900 at night. We had over $1000 worth of merchandise in our cart. We left and went down the road to McCoys whose employees were super accommodating and helpful.

It is difficult, frustrating and sad as a retired veteran with ID to show that you lose money because you have to be registered on the website to get a small discount. The only place in Kerrville Texas that way. Makes me want to shop elsewhere when I spend a lot of money there.

I bought fencing a couple months ago and I am happy with the product.

We enjoy going to home depo for projects around the house with everyone being helpful and informative during our visits. We will be back!!

The 2 guys called to load 2 pallets of concrete on my trailer were horribly inexperienced. One was the manager of the other and neither were qualified to run a forklift. They poked multiple holes in the bags and used 4x4 beams that kept snapping to push the pallets. I had to unload the whole pallet myself 3,360 lbs and I'm 65 because they had pushed it so off center. They barely got the 2nd on and I told them to stop. Multiple people stopped by after to say how dangerous and comical it was.

I went in and couldn't find something instantly was asked if I needed help to find the item by one of the cashiers very helpful associates
