I stopped in t pick up a Swiffer WetJet. Using the Home Depot app I was close to the item but did find that it was on a different endcap from what the app suggested. I could see it from where the HD app took me. There were plenty in stock. The WetJet was puirchased to use on a newly installed laminate floor. I looked at reviews on the Home Depot website before making the purchase. The reviews were accurate!

Very helpful and friendly capable staff. Xavier did a wonderful job getting our shiplap ripped just perfectly right. Cashier Nancy was friendly and a bright spot in our day..Thank you. Sunday morning is a great time to shop.

I was having trouble getting totes off the shelf because I have one hand in a splint. An employee helped me get what I wanted off the shelves. He also offered to carry them to the checkout, and then he carried them to my car.

Made a purchase for delivery. Process for this simple and uncomplicated. The didnt have the full quantity of product(1x4x8 select pine board) I ordered, but instead of reaching out and offering an alternative the missing quantity was refunded. I now have to return to the store and order different product to complete my original project, but I presume will be asked to pay another delivery fee. "You'll definitely want to shop again"...not by choice though.

If an employee doesn't know something they are happy to look it up or find someone who does.

Achelin AXL5PJL, assisted me with my inquiry, explained other options, checked availability and delivery, and completed a sale that began only as a fact find trip. She not only made a sale , she made an upgraded sale that was better than the original product. AND, her professional experience made a sale for Home Depot, not the other guys.

Every time I come to this store I am greeted with employees looking to help make my shopping trip easier. From answering questions to helping me find everything I need- I know there is always someone at Home Depot happy to help. On this occasion, I was helped by Phil. He provided wonderful customer service with answering my questions and helping me lift something heavy, walking me all the way to checkout. Xavier was at the checkout and he was very helpful as well! Both gentlemen are a great representation of the kind of customer service I've come to really appreciate from Home Depot.

The customer service in appliances was outstanding. They saved us money on kitchen appliances. Very personal service. Ask for Rebecca.

Friendly service from floor staff, Appliance dept., to cashier and help from staff loading purchases into my car. I enjoy shopping for what I need at this location in Kentwood. Always able to find discounted items and save some money. Regular prices are also usually the best in the area.

I went to 3 other stores to buy a dishwasher and your employee was most knowledgable and offered best price.

Purchased small fridge to get us through a situation with a faulty two year old fridge; purchased elsewhere. Jeff saw us wandering through appliances and immediately understood our predicament, was super helpful and sympathetic. We have arrived home with the small fridge, willl let it stand upright for next 24 hours then put it into service. Thank you all for a great experience and for reminding us what great customer service looks and feels like!!!

This is the greatest store in this district. I have been to many other stores in this district /area, and this store tops them all in service and in kindness. There are many great, great people who work there and I couldn't and wouldn't shop at any other HD in this district unless I absolutely had to and that is not very often. I am a loyal Home Depot contractor for this store only and no other HD store period. Thank Jason for making this store the best.

As a pro, shopping in the store for hours and accumulating 3-4 carts is tedious. The pro desk is always helpful to pre-scan in the items to save time during checkout. Very helpful employees throughout the store!

Went to the dishwasher section and Tony Pallo was amazing! He helped us choose and purchase a new dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and welcoming!

Unwilling to budge on 30 day return window, even though it had not been 30 days since order delivery and was 1 day past the window.

Store is always neat and clean and impeccable customer service.

Store employee Amber took note of me browsing through the cordless blowers and she immediately came over and asked if I had questions. Initially I didn’t but once I started talking to her, she made me aware of a promotion I could take advantage of. I had browsed for quite a bit and was not finding what I needed and was at one point considering looking elsewhere for a gas powered blower. Amber was attentive, approachable and the reason why I decided to purchase a lithium powered blower and batteries at the shop! thank you for all your help!

My go to home store! Plus I love the garden center.

I had a variety of things to get on my trip so had to go to various departments. Great personal knowledgeable helpful staff in each made it easy. They didn't POINT to where I needed to go but walked me there and made sure I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. Didn't need to wander the whole store searching. Nice.

Shopping experience was very pleasant! Staff was very courteous and willing to help. Home Depot had enough available staff which "today" seems to be an issue.

After shopping at Home Depot for over 40 years they have been consistently helpful, respectful, and kind. It's my first 'go to' hardware store because they usually have everything I need.

Always greeted warmly. The gentleman in carpet was friendly, helpful, and made it an easy and pleasant experience.

The Home Depot employee answered my many questions, made suggestions to save me money and made sure that I bought the correct attachment for my shop vac. I alwost bought one that would not have fit my machine.
