I go straight to this location whenever I have a long list to fill. This location (#0106) has a variety of items that are fully stocked. I am a satisfied customer each and every time. The cashiers and store attendants are very knowledgeable, very helpful, and more importantly, very kind.

Everything I have ever purchased, I have been pleased with the quality

I bought some Peach & Apple trees from this location a year ago & now they are blooming again already to produce! I am back to buy more to add to Garden. Sooo beautiful!

Don’t know much about the electrical lawnmower but felt like employees at home depot helped guide me in my purchase and didn’t try and oversell me anything

I visited this store today and had a project to do that I knew nothing about. John T. in this store helped me find the parts I needed and explained to me step-by-step how to complete my project. Many employees were readily available to assist at this store.

Awesome experience ever

We just bought a home, but needed a fridge, washer and dryer. It was an intimidating shopping trip. This store was our first stop and Harry in appliances blew us away with his knowledge of not only the different brands, but the specific models within the brand. Out of prudence I visited several other stores within the following days and found the sales people to be nowhere near as helpful or knowledgeable as Harry. We went back and finished our appliance shopping with Harry at this store. Ask for him, you won’t regret it!

I often shop this location as it is closest to my home. The staff is always friendly, accommodating, and efficient. The store is kept neat, stocked well, and consistently has availability of support. The parking lot is well kept, as well as the carts used to move merchandise. I strongly support this location, and would recommend it to anyone in the general area, or someone traveling through Kennesaw. The store is conveniently located off of the interstate.

This Home Depot seems to have the friendliest employees! Kudos to Harry in the appliance department for his knowledge of all the different manufactures

Waited 20 minutes to get loaded with pine straw. Had to call back into the store to remind them I was there waited additional five minutes after the phone call. No apologies for forgetting about me. Nothing also asked to speak to the general manager of the store was on hold for five minutes and then disconnected. No phone call back no follow up, very poor customer service

Been shopping at this store for 40 years. Never been dissatisfied.

John in the plumbing department was kind, had a healthy sense of humor, and helped speed up the time it took for me to find the right plumbing parts. Thanks John!

I'm often shopping "over my head" for esoteric products requested by my hired contractors. I have always been able to deliver to them because of the invaluable service that I've gotten from Home Depot Staff at the Kennesaw location. Many thanks for your professional assistance in during my shopping endeavors.

When i entered the store everyone was very nice and i got everything I needed smoothly and found everything I need, I left the store completely satisfied and happy.

I needed some 8” rigid ducts and elbows. There were a number on the shelf; but not enough. An employee helped me get everything I needed and helped me get it to my car. A step above!

I have been shopping at this location for years and enjoy shopping here because of the location and helpful staff. It almost always has the parts I need to pickup.

I bought a Cub Cadet XT1 from Home Depot. I find it increasingly difficult to find the air/oil filters that fit my XT1. I guess that so many people are reverting to on-line purchases that it does not make sense to stock these items; however, as an older citizen who is not technologically savvy, I find buying on-line difficult.

I always have great service and bought a pressure washer, Ed gave me all the information to get started

I get times get busy and equipment breaks down. But don’t take it out on the customer ESPECIALLY if they are being patient and not being rude. So why be rude. And this was a manager being rude.

I was helped by a fella by the name of Aidan in the lumber department, he knew exactly what i was looking for and was extremely knowledgeable about the product he had. He even recommended me some other grade of lumber that was better for the projecti was working on and even offered to give me some money off for these damaged pieces i had and saved me quite a bit of money. When i come back l'll look for my man Aidan for my lumber needs.

Our visit to your paint department was the best service we have ever had since shopping in Home Depot since the 1970’s when we shopped at your first store. Isaac in painting was excellent - he solved our problem by suggesting the right product for our needs. Go Isaac - you made my day!

After looking in other stores for a specific flood light for my kitchen, I was pleasantly surprised to find exactly what I was looking for in bulk! The two associates, (Tiffany and Dave) who helped me with my purchase, were kind, knowledgeable and helpful people. I always appreciate good customer service!

We worked with Eli in the paint department. He was extremely helpful and courteous throughout our shopping experience. He’s one of the best and glad he was there to assist us.

Every time I’ve been to Home Depot, no matter which one. I get great customer service and everyone is so helpful.

I was looking for a few items but mainly a water filter replacement for my fridge. They were one of the few stores to have it in stock and everything else I needed to pickup. I appreciate it so much. One the staff was very helpful in finding the items I needed and checkout was quick.
