Folks are always so kind and helped in this particular location (Wade Green Rd., Kennesaw, GA). I LOVE Home Depot! My all time favorite store!! 😊

Thomas in the painting department went above and beyond for me. Simply by showing me the items and telling me, what he would recommend. He made me feel like I was apart of a family I didn’t even know I had. Holly the manager, made me feel like my voice was heard. She right away called me over to her register, full of smiles. She made me feel like my time was valuable. If you shop here, look for Thomas in the painting section or Holly the manager. They are full of smiles and made my shopping very easy. I will come back to see Holly and Thomas anytime. <3

Employees are very welcoming. I haven't seen anyone in a bad mood.

Grass like outdoor carpeting was just what I needed to use on a pet ramp project for my elderly pup.

Travis was my cashier. He was calm and collected. I was very spacey but he was able to help me and keep things organized. I appreciate that.

My partner and I found what we needed at Wade Green HD. We ran into a gift card issue, which was immediately taken care of by a self checkout cashier associate, Craig. He resolved our issue for us and we are truly grateful to have such a kind person help us. Thank you

The young woman at the register, Amal, discovered that one of the items I bought was not the same size as the rest. Her associate took the wrong item and brought the right one to the register, This saved us time and a return to the store to get the right item. I was very impressed with the care shown by both of these Home Depot associates.

I was greater by Craig, the front u supervisor in the floor department. Couldn't locate an item I needed. He advised me he would look in different areas to ser if he could locate it. I told him I was going to a different department to look at sometime else I need. He located the 1st part and hand delivered it to me. He then assisted mebin locating a few more items. Upon getting everything I needed, he escorted me to the register and range me out. Best Customer Service I've experienced in years.

Leon helped me with the location of some rat traps and then like 15 minutes late helped me again probably on his way to break. Stopped and talked for like 5 minutes and helped me out a ton. Yall need to keep people like Leon

Jesse in Customer service and Robert in tools and a young lady in paint department helped educate me on what I could choose to help complete my projects.

Because of Rhali's help & knowledge I decided to go ahead & buy my appliances.

I was assisted in the appliance dept by Thais to order a refrigerator and stove. I received them within one week, and very happy. Waiting to have my kitchen countertop installed. Great customer service. People very friendly and helpful at the Home Depot on Wade Green Rd in Kennesaw.

We have been frequently visiting this store over the past week and a half, and every visit has been excellent. All staff is friendly and helpful. We have been very well taken care of!

The employees here are very friendly and helpful. I go to this store quite often. The Customer Service staff (Stacey and Sam) are always willing to help. There is also a young man with dreads that helps load. He is all smiles and always ask if he could be of assistance.

Franco helps me make ideas become real. He helped me higure out bunkbed clasps, 6 ft piano hinge NOT cheap little breakable ones some other employee showed and had said, " yep, that's all we got". You NEED a workforce FULL of Franco- hearted employees!

Understood that battery had to be charged, but did not expect to have to first properly mount and connect the battery. While doing this, found that the throttle cable was not connected to the throttle lever. While fixing this, noticed that starter was loose because one of the two mounting screws was missing because the threads in the hole in the engine were stripped. I don't think that HD has much in the way of incoming product inspection/assembly standards.

Stood on RETURN line for 15 minutes while sole cashier struggled to process on-line order. Orange vested workers all around RETURN CENTER, walking in/out, several standing by checkouts gabbing, others aisle walking. No additional help arrived until those in RETURN QUEUE began vocalizing dissatisfaction POOR MANAGEMENT NOT SENDING ASSISTANCE WHILE SOLE CASHIER STRUGGLES

Buying paints there can be the best experience ever! Kristin is amazing and she may give you the sensation plus the wish that everyone in the world IS/COULD BE like her. I would be friends with her!

WE always find what we need and the staff is eager to help. Great Prices, and a Great location.

This particular location of Home Depot has been consistently better than other locations, mainly due to availability of items stocked and great customer service. The employees are ready and willing to assist you.

Veterans should be able to use their I'D to get discount, not an app to track them. Don't use apps on my phone, so I can't get a discount, may decide to shop somewhere else

My wife and I just bought a new house and it needs a lot of work. We've been to this location several times now and are always greeted by someone who asks if they can help with our current project. The people in the paint area taught us a lot about different paints (had no idea you needed a different paint type for the bathroom due to moisture. Thank goodness they told us and asked what room we were painting!) And in in the lumber section the guy who cut the wood for me so I could build my own table was awesome! Asked what I was doing and was very patient as I had lots of different measurements for him for each piece. LOVE this location! great employees!
