Only reason I shop at home depot is Heather at the pro Desk and Ed in lumber are great at answering questions and assisting me. They do have reasonable delivery fees too.

The staff that works there is always so kind and patient and ready to help. You will always have a pleasant experience at Home Depot, especially the one we have here in Kenai.

I was greeted at the front door, helped throughout the store and thanked at check out. Customer service at the Kenai HD took a giant leap FORWARD! Thank you!

Christine you have gone above and beyond for the job that you do . It took 3 months for my counter tops to come in but you make sure I was notified all the thru for when we picked them up . They were not perfect , but maybe in 2 years I will able to afford the better materials.

We bought a snowblower 12/26/23 and it was poorly built, stripped bolts, loose bolts, and a wheel fell off. We requested a return which could not be done, we had to buy another snowblower and then return the first one, but had to use delivery because we have no way to transport it. So we had to be put on a schedule to get our 1st snowblower picked up and 2nd snowblower dropped off on 1/16/24. We got the second snowblower and it was built wrong as well, first gear was reverse. We spent over $1,800 for each snowblower. All the while we did not get a full refund for our purchase, we bought the 3 year warranty and it has yet to be returned for the 1st snowblower. We decided to return the 2nd snowblower and scheduled it to be picked up. The day of delivery we had to call because we had no notice and found out one truck was down but we would still get our delivery. We called back hours later to find we would not get delivery service after waiting all day. They rescheduled for a few days later to get the 2nd snowblower. It was picked up and returned 1/28/24. Refund was issued without the 3 year warranty again. Talking to the local Kenai store and they don't know what is wrong and have issued an IT ticket to fix it. Still waiting for both warranty credits to be issued. In the mean time our Home Depot credit card has acquired interest for these 2 snowblowers we could not use and have returned. We are looking at acquiring more interest due to the balance from the warranties. We would like our full refund and still need to purchase yet another snowblower as we still do not have one.

We got a very nice pre-hung door w/fan lite window and this HD still had some Christmas items at 75% off. Santa will look great greeting visitors in about 10 months next to our new door in addition to holiday lights we bought and put up because it makes the darkness cheery. The other decorations will have to wait. Employees were very helpful getting large bulky items loaded into our truck.

The store is in a area of frozen, but carry no stoves, no wood splitting eq. If it was on the floor, it would sell. I ordered mine on line, was person in line said he he’d been looking fot splitter but none on sales floor, not everyone is semi-computer literate to go online to order an item

It's Alaska and there are shipping issues BUT they still get stuff delivered to the store. It would be nice if the "ship to store" options were accurate for the Kenai location when you are trying to order online. I'd recommend to a friend because I am--overall--a Home Depot fan but I'd make sure the friend knew not to trust any website information, be prepared to go without even Home Depot exclusive brands/items, and to expect frustration when shopping in Alaska from Home Depot.

We purchased shower repair cement board , tile and Linoleum for a bathroom. We got it all and in stock at Home Depot.

The personnel in this store are really friendly, go out of their way to help, and take their time to solve their customer's need. Thank you!

Love the be able shop here. Wish anything on website I could get shipped no matter the wait time and why not price match what is on your website? Seems wrong to me. Hire more help, aisles empty of help/employees.

I normally use self check, but had to go to a regular line on Saturday. My cahsier Katherine was very nice and helpful. A huge shout out to her!

can not get a reply from where ever a code comes from, I am a veitnam era vetern and not very literate in all the QR stuff. I have never gotten a answer for code to log on the site....

Purchased a washer to pick up at a later date. While trying to pick up the washer, an associate told us we can't have it because of a recall. The associate stayed with us until we chose another washer and walked it out to the vehicle and helped load it. Above and beyond Thank you

I was looking for some wood conditioner today. I had no idea where it might be located. Upon approaching the paint section, there was a man in the employee area. He greeted me hello right away and helped me find the product immediately. I was so impressed, and it made my experience good. I didn't have to track down anyone, and the employee. Jerrod, was friendly and competent. I will definitely shop there again if they keep hiring help like that!
