Today I set out to purchase the 8 ft. Animated Boogeyman from our local Home Depot in Keller, TX. Sadly, he was sold out. However, a kindly and helpful associate named Jan came to my aid. She looked for any nearby stores with my Bogeyman – but again he was gone. I thought my Halloween tale was coming to a haunting end but Jan said she would see if she could sell me the floor model. She got the approval from management and we were on our way. Jan helped me load the floor model onto a cart and got me checked out. I was so excited that I forgot that I only brought our 2 door Jeep Wrangler. Not to fear, Jan was there to help with breaking down my Boogeyman into 2 pieces. As we were trying to figure out the ghostly dissection process, another associate magically appeared. This associate was Corey who was actually just getting off his shift, but he still jumped in to make my Halloween tale a happy one. Between Jan and Corey – the surgery to split my Boogeyman into two pieces and somehow get him into my tiny vehicle was completed. I’m proud to say that our Boogeyman is now home, ready to scare and delight all that may dare approach our front door. I want to give a huge thank you to Jan, a new associate to Keller, TX who transfer from CA and Corey, an off duty team member who jumped in to help. It meant more than I can say to have folks go well beyond their duties to help make my family’s Halloween more enjoyable.

On a recent visit, I was greeted by Allegra and Jack, and assisted by Joseph in making some keys. Paint and hardware associates helped direct me to what I was looking for.

This store definitely knows the home depot values. I would know since I am a firmer employee from Florida and Virginia. Outstanding service and outstanding employees keeping that GET together. Thank you ❤️

I was experiencing issues left and right finding a solution to an issue I had with a product. Ren took the time to assist me in finding a solution and hear the entire situation.

Carol went out of her way today to help me find everything I needed to work on the fence around my house. She made the trip less stressful because she was knowledgeable.

I purchased the LG LTCS20030S top freezer refrigerator with ice maker. Beautiful on the inside, nice clean shelve's for organization, light and the top freezer is spacious.

Carol Lightfoot is the reason we continue to shop at this location. She is the most kind employee and the sweetest person. She has an amazing work ethic and attitude and just an all around joy. She has to he by far the best cashier we have ever dealt with at any home depot location.

Went into store for both a fridge and freezer on Memorial Day since the sales are so good. It was very crowded and we had to wait a while for an associate in the appliance section to check us out. Once we got an associate, she was very nice and knowledgeable about our purchase. Would definitely go again, just expect to wait and face crowds on holidays! I would have thought they would staff better for a holiday.

After finishing building a bathroom at my house over a few months stretch, I had a bunch of small unused items to return. As she was scanning them in and only looking at the cart not the screen, I asked if it would make a different beep noise if it didn’t find the item on my Pro acct./credit card since I didn’t have all the receipts, and she assured me it would. Fast forward to me sitting in my car looking at my receipt where at the bottom it says a portion of my return was denied. After going back in and pointing it out, the manager was being pretty dismissive and trying to convince me everything was correct. The cashier said the computer denied some of the items but she didn’t know which ones so she just kept all the items, and didn’t say anything! A revelation to which the manager did not even bat an eye! She had shorted me $175 worth of merchandise. The whole process took 2 hours of my life and they didn’t even apologize!

It's a shame nobody wants to work anymore. This store has less than minimum employees available to help customers. If what I want to buy is locked in a cage, i immediately know that I probably won't be able to get anybody to open the cage for me.

If you need help with a home project that involves lumber, ask for Marco. He was so very patient and kind. He helped me find just the board I needed for my goofy project. He is an all around nice guy and it made my Home Depot experience fun!

Tried to return items but the employee couldn't understand what to do. We tried to show her on the invoice but she stepped away over and over. Then she told us to step away from her. She wore a face guard and a mask over her mount but she was still afraid. We had to be helped by some one else.

Got the help needed right away

I bought a Dremel metal cutting starter kit with some sort of a quick release bit to it work very well and the employee Emma and another employee that I do not know her name made my visit very pleasant and the product worked very well was very easy to use.

This is my favorite store. Generally always stocked, good assistance when I need it, displays are conducive for purchases, Cashiers and Customer Service staff are friendly for purchases and returns.

My experience at Home Depot has been refreshing short and fulfilling.

Went in to buy a couple of boards. Cashier could not scan the bar code. I went back and took a picture for her. She said it didn’t look right, no other explanation. Floor guy came by and told me that was not the right product, walked back to show him and I was wrong the price for the product I picked was 4’ above the product and right next to the product I picked. I mentioned how difficult it was to recognize the pricing due to its proximity to the product. He shook his head at me telling me that I should have known better. I took the cheaper boards up to the cashier who ignored me while the floor person followed me out repeating “have a nice day” in a condescending tone. I am glad we have a Lowe’s and other options in town.

Never have any trouble at this store, best employees always help me find what I am looking for

I purchased patio furniture in stock on the floor that was in excellent condition with the bags covering the cushions; there were several staff that assisted me "courteously" with checking out and loading. I had to return 2 pieces simply due to space limits on my patio, and the return clerk was SO helpful and nice. The furniture quality is great and it was so nice to have people assist you with a smile. I've been in other stores without this much positive attention !

Horrible customer service. I needed help locating a tool that would cut off a lock. Walked up to five associates. None of them were willing to help.

This is my “go to” store for tools,supplies,etc. I do a lot of my own home repairs and new installations. Dishwasher,attic fan,adding electrical outlets, ceiling fans(3), etc. On one plumbing project,toilet fill valve mod. I ask an employee the location of some parts. During the conversation he suggested a different approach. Worked better than my original plan. Another trip my product,attic fan,appeared to be sold out. I ask and an employee who immediately found several stored on the floor level below the normal location. Employees literally taught me how to self checkout. Products here are sometimes large and not easily handled. The employees are the main reason this is my first choice for repairs or projects.

Mismarked prices- didn’t ask for any price matching - just for them to put correct signage. Mis- priced gloves - not rectified either. A lot of lack of responsibility.
