This location always has stock and staff to help. Parking is plentiful.

I left feeling like a criminal! Couldn't get help in the saw section for 30 mins after going to the front twice....but there where plenty of workers peeking around corners. I was told there is a policy that HD won't cut disconnect wood at all. Finally the guy decides he can cut the wood for me. After getting to the front A...n tells me even though the wood came from a big sign that says EVERYTHING ON THIS RACK IS 70% OFF I can only get it for 50% off because it applied to every piece of wood but mine. Then had an attitude.

Amazing services, would go to this employee for anything in the store

Went into store looking for a specific item. Hard to find anyone, but when I spotted 3 workers on the floor chit chatting, I asked for the item location. I got a "I think" aisle 22 or 27. Not one offered to find out for sure or go with me. Folks, customer service has taken a back seat, whereas it needs to be the FRONT SEAT again. This is why businesses fail.

Diana helped me with my prodesk order. She was super attentive and always handled the orders promptly. I'd highly recommend working with her.

Just a quick note to mention how Sara at Home Depot sprinkled some magic at the self-checkout. Things flowed effortlessly.

Rude associates in appliances - no communication regarding delivery status and the phone rings without anyone picking up - I called three times without a single associate answering the phone - how do you run a business this way??

The pro service workers and cashiers are all phenomenal, they always have a great attitude and are very personable. Special thanks Diana and Leslie at the proservice desk they will always find a solution, and Caroline at the pro service cashier always goes the extra mile!

I had a return for warranty for something that I purchased at the Kannapolis HD 8 years ago. It was so long ago that despite having the receipt still and approval for a full refund from the manufacturer I was no longer in the HD system and it took over an hour to process the refund… but Jackie is a Pro and she worked hard with a smile and finally succeeded. I am seriously impressed! Thank you, Jackie!

I went to Home Depot to purchase a toolbox and some other tools and there was a gentleman named Brandon top service. I would definitely recommend this store just because of his service.

Rhonda is always going above and beyond what expectations are. In today’s retail/box stores customers have gotten used to terrible customer service. So when you meet an employee who has excellent customer service skills, you need to recognize that. Her name is Rhonda. She has to be one of the nicest and best employees Home Depot has to offer. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and pleasant to everyone

The Kannapolis store is always well stocked and clean. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Mike is a gentleman and man of his word. He called exactly when he said he would to give me information about product availability. He was very professional by phone and in person. Megan was so helpful at checkout.

What a pleasant experience we had going to Home Depot. Specialty Supervisor, Joanna, made our experience very pleasant and ensured we received what we were looking for at a good price along with honoring another home improvement stores coupon. She had our order ready before we ever arrived. We will definitely be going back when we purchase our new stove.

I have been coming to this location for several years (actually since it opened). I don't recall when Rhonda began working here, but it has been many years. After having some issues with HD at the corporate level I began shopping with a competitor. Honestly, the only reason I come back now is Rhonda. She has always been helpful, professional, and polite. At a time when customer service is dieing, its nice to be greeted with a smile and a "good mornin!". I can always count on Rhonda to deliver prompt, polite, and knowledgeable service. She is very knowledgeable of special programs and discounts and makes sure I take advantage of them.

If you are in need of major appliances go see Narcy Lear. She is awesome and really helped us with our purchase

Everything was great, except for the fact that the carts are never in the store. They are always scattered out throughout the parking lot.

After waiting a week for delivery, I will say the purchase experience was great. However, the delivery experience left everything to be desired. As a senior citizen, I found the delivery check list (which was not mentioned at the point of purchase) was followed strictly by the ones that delivered, did not allow for ANY help and resulted in my appliances being left at the end of my driveway for me to move up steps into my house. I am 75. This has presented great physical and emotional stress. This isn’t the whole story as there isn’t enough room here.

We visited the Home Depot to find a microwave and shower door. Megan was super patient and helpful during our entire experience.

only recently moved into this area and have been to the Kanapolis Home Depot on two occassions and both were a pleasant experience with very knowledgeable and helpful employees, unlike the big L store whose employees tend to hide and dodge helping customers.
