My husband and I love to go to Home Depot for our many home projects. Before HD came here to Juneau, there were a lot less options to choose from. The only problem we have encountered is when there are HD products online that say they won’t ship to Alaska.

We read in NY Times that Home Depot has the best artificial Christmas Trees. We decided on a tree but it was last on the floor. Stella helped us find the last one in a box. Stella provided stellar service.

In short. Simple return. Service person. Named Vee excellent!

I was returning unused items our nonprofit was unable to use and we didn't have the receipt. The Customer Service counter was able to look up the receipt because I had the specific date and time on the bank statement and I was able to return the items without issue. So grateful that they took the time to help instead of just saying sorry, we can't do anything about that.

I am not happy about my bathroom sink and counter which I already paid over $2grand but has not been installed. TERRIBLE

During chek-out the staff very helpfull and also helped me load a large amount of lumber into my truck, approximately 3400 lbs of lumber. Charlie was our checkout person and Ross, Jaiden and Theron all helped load the lumber from the three carts to my truck. very helpful people, Thank You Bryan Olson

i bought a dewalt cordless circular saw and cordless router and it was great for the price and helpfull crew

I travel all over the country and I've never been to a home Depot that had a better staff that was more helpful than the one in Juneau Alaska. They knew the store, then knew the products, they were kind and were borderline annoyingly helpful lolol

I just received a refrigerator from the store 8939 in Juneau Alaska. The associate ordered me the wrong refrigerator and when I tried to address it. Bill the appliance dept. Head said I cannot return it because we live in Alaska and all special orders are final even when apparently when the wrong model was order. So basically I'm force to keep a refrigerator that I didn't want cause where I live

You know, the last few years have been a bit of a challenge on the social and economic fronts and you people have been hanging in there with a tough grip on quality service, adequate inventory and great attitudes. I commend your stalwart commitment to our community of Juneau, AK and I thank all of your staff for keeping the doors open, inventory stocked, prices low and smiles aplenty.

Go see Jessica at the Juneau Home Depot for any appliance needs.

I had had issues with getting misinformation from another employee and Jessica went out of her way to find out what was going on. She called me when an item similar to the one I had been hoping for was in stock. Only saying good because of the issues with the other employee.

I walked into the store unsure how to tackle my electrical needs. A great employee by the name of Dale Hicks helped me within a minute of walking into the store from start to finish. He educated me on my products and on understanding the basics of working with electronics. Afterwards I felt more confident about installing the products myself. Dale even helped me attain discounts on all my items and with them helped me to my car. I have not encountered such great customer service in the last couple years like I did here, so much so, I felt touched to leave a review. I will definitely be coming back to this location again and hopefully tackling more handyman things with confidence.

The associates were very helpful in answering questions. The size of the store was a bit overwhelming at first. I live somewhere we do not have stores nearly half that size

Ordered countertops, fast and easy process. Very pleased.

Looked everywhere for a certain item and either couldnt find it or it was poor quality. Went to Home Depot and a sales associate helped me find exactly what i needed at a great price!

If you have a flooring project, go to Home Depot and talk to Alex. He's a pro in every way. Polite, professional, and extremely helpful.

Gilbert was very helpful helping me with cutting and trimming my tree as well as loading it into my car, always exceptional service here!

I was asked by a young male clerk to move as in - can we get by you “dear?” Offensive and patronizing. And, no can I assist? His female coach-worker, (Jade) after I asked the male not to patronize me saved the moment by getting off her forklift and assisting me. She saved the day and I made my purchase. All clerks need customer service training. Another group of three clerks were watching a video on a cell phone as I was looking for products. None acknowledged me or offered assistance. Customer service training is sorely needed.

So fed up with wasting time walking from one end of the store to the other. Please put cash registers at both ends of the store or in the middle of the store. If you want to park close to an entry door then you have a hike when exiting and having to carry all your items. There is assigned parking for everyone except "housewives with three kids." .and make parking more convenient.

Everyone that I had the pleasure of dealing with was knowledgeable and hospitable. All my concerns were addressed and I walked out happy with a stove to be delivered. I would like to especially thank Bill from Appliances and Erin from the front desk.

I called in an order from another town in Alaska and from the beginning had very friendly service from Mike in the lawn mower department. He was knowledgeable and took time to make sure i was satisfied. He didn’t rush me and gave his full attention. Plus the customer service person was professional.

Hope and loise were very sweet and helpful!
