emetria at the Jasper store should be fired for her lack of professionalism and rude as. I had to ask her to wait u til I put my military number in. If she doesn’t appreciate your customers or our veterans then she should not be employed by Home Depot because I thought you honored your veterans and respected your customers..

Occasionally, there aren't enough employees, but when there are, everyone who works here is super friendly.

Had a great experience purchasing a new refrigerator. Staff was very helpful and made sure I got one that would fit in my cabinet space. The one I picked out would not have fit, thanks Meme!

Me and my bestie love flowers we are always digging up flowers and potting them all the time .this day we had been out digging flowers up and had a truck loaded down we had stopped at the Home Depot in Jasper Alabama on our way home to get some more flower pots.Well thank goodness they had marked a lot of pots down. Well I picked out the ones I wonted and so did my bestie,but we also wonted the pots on the top shelves. We tired to get them down but that didn’t happen and the little lady cashier named LADONIA came over to help us. She was the only cashier out there at the time.She had to stop and go back to the register and check out customers, but when she was done she came right back to use to finish helping.She was so sweet had a wonderful attitude and we even laughed together.Miss LADONIA you were a beautiful woman and you deserve to be recognized for everything you do. We live in a world where people can be so hateful and act like you’re bothering them or they just don’t want to help you but she didn’t.She is truly a Beautiful Woman. Thank you

Great service and friendly staff!

Waited 30 minutes to get a sheet of plywood cut. Eventually after asking enough people I was told there was no one in the building that could cut lumber. Wasted 30 minutes due to poor management.

Needed a new washing machine. Mimi in appliances helped me find just what I needed. Then I picked up some light bulbs. And the check out was great fun Richard and Tammy

Great service and great employee's.

I was sent by my son to get some things needed to fix my house. Knowing nothing about tools and things, I was totally lost. An employee, Jeremy, came up and asked to help. He was wonderful. Knew exactly what I was talking about and took me to the different places to get them. Made shopping at Home Depot so much easier.

Was able to complete an update on my basement since the needed items were in stock.

The store manager at Jasper, Josiah, helped me with a problem I had with a delivery of a new drop in oven. I was charged for the hauling off of the old oven. The delivery person did not know what he was doing and did not remove the old oven so he didn't haul it off. Josiah was so extremely kind and helpful and he took care of the problem. Very easy person to work with.

Everything i purchase jasper could not make it without this store this is a growing area all of walker and winston county.

No problem with the store. They have great products and most of the employees are nice and helpful. Some of the younger male employees should be taught that using the f word and cursing very loudly in front of customers is not professional and looks bad on Home Depot.

Out of the hundreds of times I have been to home Depot. I have only had a handful of bad experiences. The only real complaint I have is that the locations I usually go to could be a bit cleaner.

Took about 3 weeks to be able to purchase a door. Installation home depot charged was the same for a single door as we paid for a double door install less than 6 months ago & almost double what installer said it would be.

Velma was very helpful in the self checkout lane
