Just as I entered the store, store employee Sean took to me to the protect, and he was able to answer my questions. Also saved me time by knowing Islle numbers for a quicker shopping experience.

Noah, Elijah, Damian, Steven and every other employee I have dealt with make every trip here a success, but especially these young men. There is nothing better than feeling appreciated when you are in a store whether you are spending $5.00 or $5,000.00 and these young men are amazing!

I like this store because it is easily accessible on my way home from work, but not overly crowded. The staff are always helpful and reduce my wondering around aimlessly by answering my questions.

I've shopped here for decades and the problems have never improved: messy aisles often clogged with access ladders and little product pushing stands, stock availability issues, and many surly and poorly trained ill-informed staff members. It's unusual to encounter someone who really knows a product area rather than just guessing at an answer to my questions. I shop there because it's the closest one to home, otherwise I'd go elsewhere.

I went to the Jantzen Beach Home Depot because I was in that part of the city, and I am glad I was there to be able to work with friendly people who were actually willing to help me find what I was looking for. I needed a new sink faucet, and found lots to look at and choose from at this location. I am very happy with the MOEN product I ultimately bought, and happy with the sales associate who helped me make my choice.

We bought water heater. The Rheem 50 gal electric leaked upon installation. Our initial contact at HD was with a not very bright employee. We were 30 minutes into trying to get the heater but these folks were UNMOTIVATED to do anything. Then along came JAMES S and saved the sale. What a great employee who treated us well. Thank you James!

The new Ryobi Air Inflator is awesome. I use it for my 5th wheel camper and it is so easy to keep my tire pressure right on target. Works on my bike and other items around the house.

The Pro check-outs are not open during all store hours and that was kind of inconvenient.

I purchased a wheelbarrow, the online website said there were 28 available 'in stock',there were none available, I had a rental truck and time was ticking on it, Conan took great care of me, and I left with a great wheelbarrow, feeling great about the experience.

I really like this store but its always a gamble with the homeless asshats wandering around doing the bad things they do. Just a bad area but a great store!

I had hundreds of pounds of bricks on a cart and the garden center gates were not open yet. Alfred saw me and opened the checkout and gates so I did not have to push a crazy heavy cart through the store

We were in the store yesterday and your employee James Scruggs had the best customer service we have ever experienced in any store. James was knowledgable about every product in the store, had great advice and and a helpful, engaged attitude towards our project. James seemed to treat each customer in the same way. I'll be back because of James and all his help!

Even during the Covid challenges, this Home Depot came through in all respects.

Approaching the checkout with a large flat cart full of material, the cashier didn't miss a beat in telling me that Home Depot didn't accept Apple Pay, but would take my credit card as she rapidly scanned heavy bags of material and items. No waiting, no delay, no problem. Thanks April!

I used to dread going to this HD but the staff has really improved over the years. Helpful!!!

I had to return to the store to correct an error in my delivery order from the previous day. I watched as the cashier scanned my entire, hand picked, lumber order on my cart, but the scanner only recorded 1 of 21 boards. While this could have been an unpleasant experience, Nolan handled it with professionalism and good humor. The 20 boards had been returned to stock so It required the cancellation of the initial order and starting over which he handled without frustration and made the experience as pleasant as possible. Errors happen - Nolan makes them seem like a good time!

45 minute wait for an associate to come to the cutting center. Took three requests at the check-out stand.
