Excellent Helpful Friendly Staff & Clean in the Store & Parking
RAMSEZ volunteered to help me take my large purchase to my car. He had to get creative in helping me load my items. I never could’ve gotten all my items in my car w/o his help. I would’ve had to make two trips which would’ve taken me almost 2 hours total. He was so cheerful in helping me! A couple weeks ago Isaac helped me in the pvc department. I ran into an issue and he gave me an idea that worked right away. The cashier staff has always been very helpful and friendly at this location. I appreciate the security officer on site keeping customers safe. There’s been a lot of effort lately to keep this area clean and nice and it’s greatly appreciated!

    if you need help, ask the older experienced employees.
    I am a big-time Gardner and buy a lot of stuff from the garden and garden tools and supplies. The garden employees are always very knowledgeable and helpful but when I go buy plumbing supplies and tools, it’s hard to find somebody that knows anything.

        Horrible Customer Service
        I have purchased a large lumber order, and David at Pro desk was extremely helpful and amazing with great customer service, great at answering any and every question and ensuring that everything I needed was in my order, no complaints there whatsoever. A great guy, very attentive with customers. However, Monica who has the assistant manager title was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL, yelling at me and my family that she didn’t speak Spanish when my family and I were speaking amongst ourselves in spanish regarding my order but had not spoken to her yet. Associate Jake was also present and witnessed how Monica was very disrespectful, and unwilling to help me as the customer. She kept arguing with me that I was wrong and instead of helping a customer find solutions and help with the order, she was very aggressive and not willing to help. she was rushing me and yelling, not accepting that she was not listening nor reasoning with me as the customer when explaining that the item she was looking at was not the item i was referring too. She was also not reasoning with David who was also trying to explain to her, that the item that i was looking for and the item that she should be looking for. She just continued to be yelling. I am not asking for any free items nor extra items, only verifying that all the items in my order of more than $8,000 were in place. Monica’s horrible attitude and lack of customer service makes me not want to come back and even consider cancelling my order and looking elsewhere to place this, even if it is an large order. i will much rather place it elsewhere then having to be yelled at, and approached with such a horrible attitude by an assistant manager who should be having much friendlier and attentive customer service towards customers especially in front of her associates. But instead shows a lack of it and rather than being a role model for the customer service to be given she shows the complete opposite. if this is the treatment i receive from an assistant manager than what should i expect of an associate. ??? HORRIBLE ASSISTANT MANAGER, really needs to be looked into because this is unacceptable, not only for customers but failing to acknowledge she has made a mistake even when her associate is explaining the situation is not okay.

              Aa a former home depot employee. The customer service I received in hardware by Rebecca is not acceptable. Asking about drill sku# 1001410482 being in stock due online showing in store pickup available and 41 in stock. She was rude and didn't even bother looking. She was very short and seemed to have an issue with me asking for help. Knowing the level of help i was expected to provide when I was employed through home depot what was provided was simply disgusting. Your cashier was very welcoming.

                    I really love the curbside pickup. While it is fun to go into the store and shop, sometimes I am in a hurry. Either way Home Depot has me covered. Most all the employees make me feel valued.

                      lack of response
                      A chemical product splashed all over me and the floor while I was checking out. The employees did not have the proper clean up equipment, nor did they attempt to clean it up quickly. I was not offered anything to help clean the chemical off me. My eyes are burning, my mouth is numb, and I am having breathing problems. The response at the time of sale, was sorry this happened. Did someone get you a new one?

                        George at the customer service desk helped us solve a shipping concern, quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Other employees we interacted with were attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is not the closest Home Depot to me but I won't mind driving the extra miles for such great service.

                              Worst Customer Service Ever
                              Waited over 15 minutes for help that never came. After 15 minutes I told the Employee not to worry about help, I wasn't waiting any longer.

                                  The item have a price on the box and the register other and I told the person? PAULA? and she said if you want me to change the price go bring the 📦 o take a picture because I DON'T WANT TO MOVE MY SELF JUST TO GO HELP YOU. !!!!                                             Terri helped me cut up some PVC pipe for my daughters school project. I ended Up bringing extras to help other kids who didn’t get some. I wouldnt Have been able to do that without his help. I had Also been to several stores trying to find a broom handle (or something 3ft) and came up empty. He helped me pick a specific size then cut it for me.

                                                    Military Discount not honored
                                                    Over time, Home Depot has made it difficult to receive a well deserved 10% Military Discount. You can't get the discount at check-out anymore. Home Depot insists on registering your personal information on an application, (app). Of course, we all know what they do with that information. With Home Depot's refusal to accept a valid alternative identification of military service, it's easy to take my business elsewhere.

                                                            The worst managed Home Depot I have ever visited
                                                            There were absolutely no shopping carts available. Storel Manager Logan tripp made himself unavailable. His assistant told me to look around in the store, maybe someone abandoned one. The worst managed store I have ever visited.
