my shipping address zip code is 91745 after order is placed I noticed after leaving is 91789 so needed to go back to store refund order and place new order again cannot change address. Afternoon, I got a text from This is Home Comfort USA your preferred Home Depot heating and air conditioning provider. Thank you so much for reaching out to us, we are excited to get you on the schedule! Does today or tomorrow work best for you? I called and they are air and furnace company informed me Home Depot make mistake asked me to call hd back. Called hd store to see why home Comfort USA contact me by mistake they have no idea so I was not 100% sure if my delivery appt is set with right company so I needed to call to make sure not a good experience for $1000 dryer.

An employee who helped me find a 50-250 ft lb torque wrench named Chris Coach was super helpful. He was kind, and personable to me and the other employees. There should be more people like him at home depot!

The store has a lot home necessary items to pick up. The staff here are very nice, helpful and efficient. The store is one of my favorite places for shopping.

Very nice and helpful employees it's too bad that HD doesn't have more efficient protocols in place to keep everything running more efficiently. With wrong prices getting scanned and customers running around the store in order to get it fixed is ridiculous. Otherwise everyone is great

I will never go here again. Dashley is the worst person to interact with. She’s not familiar with the plumbing parts and she told me to go to another store to buy the item. Why work for Home Depot if you don’t like to help customers make purchases?

Staff here went out of their way to help me find the Christmas lights that weren't on the shelves where we were looking. Helped us to get this project done!

Very helpful and very polite

I recently purchased a 27 gallon storage container. When using self check out, an employee opened the container and saw a crumpled up tag. He opened it and it was for a wheeled container. Mine did not have wheels. He tried peeling the label off my container and he said I was using the wrong label. I told him that they label in has hand was for a different item but he kept trying to peel the label off of them one I was purchasing. He then changed his story and said that the container looked to big to be a 27 gal. I told him it was and the only similar containers were 12. Big difference. He kept insisting it was wrong until I took out my measuring tape and showed him it was the same dimensions as the tag. I paid and left bit he kept talking about it looking too big. Very rude and untrained.

The Industry Home Depot store is a fantastic store - the staff is exceotionally helpful and knowledgeable - the store is well-stocked and very clean/orderly. Even when busy - all employees pitch in to assist when they can. This is partucularly helpful - especially as this location is very busy and short staffed due to covid and suppky chain issues. I thoroughly enjoy shopping at Industry for my home remodel and maintenance prohects.

The staff here are friendlier and the items are better, although the home depot is further away from me!

EMPLOYEE SARA LEE WOULD'T LET US PAY FOR OUR ADDITIONAL ITEMS ON THE APPLIANCE SECTION WHEN WE WERE PAYING FOR OUR OVER THE RANGE MICROWAVE.SHE SAID WE HAVE TO GO TO THE FRONT TO PAY FOR IT. THEN WE GOT ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ( HE WAS NICE ) TO HELP US IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TRANSACTION AND HE RUNG US UP FOR THE REST OF THE ITEMS ! BIT SHE WAS RUDE AND ARROGANT.

I just bought a new Samsung range and microwave. The service was excellent and the products were exactly what I was looking for. The sales people are always helpful in the City of Industry store.
