When I got home and ready to do my repair I opened the container a to find it had been opened before and some of it was gone as well as it was dried up and hard as a rock so I couldn't have used it anyway. It was Flex seal paste and it says it stays rubbery yet it was hard as a rock

John at the garden center was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He answered all my questions by looking up stuff on his phone. Very satisfied.

Purchased a wheelbarrow from the garden section then waited for 30 minutes for an MOD to come unlock my purchase. The MOD ignored over 5 calls for service in the department while I stood there. When the manager finally showed up she was not apologetic whatsoever. Instead deflecting blame to the other managers. After checking my receipt for purchase she let me know that the wheelbarrow was actually a different one than I had told the cashier I had wanted. The garden department just pulls a picture off the register and charges you like that. Instead of wasting more of my time and heading to customer service to return the wheelbarrow so I could get the one I wanted, I just left. A very frustrating experience and waste of my time and money. Be better.

I was about to walk out. I had already at this point asked 3 different associates for help with getting product. Ashley and Tianna showed up and team lifted the product and took care of us. Thank you ladies. The only reason I’m giving a 4. Jonathan however needs some training, kind of rude and snobby.

Great store with great employees!

We were having a crowd over. for a BBQ and my husband noticed we needed more BBQ Chips for the BBQ. We were surprised at the selection in that department. We were quite happy about our discovery.

Buying an LG refrigerator today at the Indio location of Home Depot was one of the best experiences we have had there or anywhere else. Lee S in the appliance department was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in directing us to the model best suited to our needs, interest and budget. Highly recommend him and this store to anyone looking to buy a new appliance.

This was my second visit today as we are moving after 17 years. Aiden who works there could not been more helpful. He saved my money today and I couldn’t be more pleased. Your staff is always helpful.

Many time swhen going to the `Big Box Store' you are forced to search for the items on your list. The staff at this store has always been very helpful

If you have not been to the Garden Center or returned in a while…ask if James is working. He is a very valued employee and is incredibly knowledgeable for the landscape trade. He will help answer all your questions and oh how your garden will grow! Even in 115 degree heat! We are so grateful we met him!

Went in the store to return a bucket of paint, Jules from the paint department kindly informed me that it is not refundable/returnable. She offered to try to modify the paint which she did until we were satisfied with the color. Extremely thankful for her kind and patient customer service.

I've been shopping at the Home Depot for over 5 yrs. I purchase all my lawn care equipment, plants, home improvement, repair projects and always get great return policy and quality on items I purchase.

I bought a planter and was charged the wrong price and the manager Oscar and the clerk Pablo assisted with making a correction and they did not give me any push back. It was a very refreshing change from sales staff.
