Like most home depots, more staff would go a long way to improving the shopping experience.

I found two really helpful agents in that store who are invaluable.

On April 2 late in the afternoon, I came into the store looking for refrigerator. The store manager was getting off duty but she took time to sell me a refrigerator. She was very nice very courteous thank her for taking time to help me.

Home Depot is our home away from home. We are always there.

I bought some wired flood lights on clearance and they were wonderful.

Delivery scheduled 9/1/23 for dryer and dishwasher afyet purchase on 8/28/23. No 30 minute advance phone call and I could not answer when 9:15 doorbell rang and phone call made at arrival to my house. My 9:30 am call to follow up , I was told deliverer had no appliances, and was coming to do a repair. On phone, I was given delivery for next day. I received no written information or phone call the next day. When I called 9/2/23 after no delivery, deliverers said they did not have dryer & would deliver Tuesday if dryer came in. It was not in so re-schuled 9/16/23. Only the dishwasher was delivered.Afer several phone calls to Home Depot, delivery of dryer re-scheduled for 9/23/2t3. This is 3 weeks since original delivery date for both.I had to miss 2 funerals today to wait for delivery. I am very upset wilh serioiui delivery problems and will not buy things that have to be delivered if this company still has contract.

Great experience every time I go to this location.

Ms Lolly found exactly what I needed even though just before I arrived, some one had purchased ALL of your drywall inventory. Ms. Lolly ask me what I wanted to repair and walked me over to some remnants which were perfect for my drywall job

I've been to many home improvement stores in my life and this store, in my opinion, is the most helpful, knowledgeable and is most definitely my favorite!

Store has very limited stock. Can be a challenge in my case if you need roof shingles.. Cashiers are fairly friendly however the customer service needs improvement.

There is a lady in the Painting department by the name of Ms Young who has the nastiest Attitude and does not help at all!!!!!

There are several HD stores in and around the New Orleans area, with several closer to my residence, so I sometimes overlook this particular location. In fact I rediscovered it while passing it on the interstate on the way to a different location. I was so glad I circled back to find just what I needed. This has happened to me more than once, but it is a mistake I won't make again.
