I telephoned Home Depot in Hyannis, Ma. with questions on a Frigidaire Over the Range Microwave. Luckily, for me Debra, in Appliances answered my call. She exceeded all of my expectations wtih her friendliness, knowledge & patience with all of my concerns regarding the dimensions etc... She even went as far to explain the 1-3 day review period after delivery & the 3-365 day warranty period thereafter along with Teleph#'s to call! I ordered the microwave & it was delivered right on time! Home Depot remains my Go-To for all of my home improvements & I never hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Explained my project to Jeff. He lead me to what I needed then showed me how to use the product.

They have cancelled twice in two weeks and have provided 1 partial delivery. Avoid this store!!

Stock does not match where it was or maps during expansion renovation but it is becoming a much larger store and therefore a better option for search and final purchase.

I have owned and operate a local business in the neighborhood for 9 years. I felt compelled to tell my cashier that I have never seen our Home Depot operate more professionally than how it is being run now. Good management, and good training is infectious. There is another light of hope for humanity! Hyannis Home Depot.

Arlene went above and beyond to help me re-register in Home Depot's veteran's data base. She did this while also helping others self-checking out at the same time she helped me. Please be certain to share my compliments with her. She provided me with the Perfect Customer Experience.

I suggest a Customer of the Month program to acknowledge persons who are easy, friendly and considerate to your emplyees. This could be in the form of a jacket and a picture on wall. Secondly, a luncheon for $50,000.00 contractors in the spring off site and present up coming discounts, sweep stakes etc.

First, there were too many dogs in this store. You should no allow them in the store. My wife is terribly allergic to them and they always seem to want to jump on her. She gave up and went back into the car while I shopped. She skipped the items she came to buy so you missed out on several sales. I came to purchase a few things and had a list with the items' locations I got from the web. Not one of them was where they were supposed to be. The first clerk I spoke with simply shrugged and walked on. The second had to look things up and still couldn't find them.

I had a problem with a patio door I purchased at the store. I received an incorrect door panel and when I returned it, they didn’t have the correct one in stock. The staff went out of their way to find the right panel at another HD store and had them hold it for me to pick up.

The customer service team was great. They called in John to help and he was helpful and I left very happy with exactly what I needed.

Our local Home Depot was recently renovated and enlarged. The new garden center is a hit. The store is so big you practically need a trolley to get from 1 end to another.

Went to Home Depot to buy what I thought I needed for car storage, specifically Styrofoam sheets to put under the tires to avoid flat spots. Explained this to an associate who talked me out of that approach and into using plywood which he suggested as a better (and cheaper) alternative. Worked with me in determining best size and cut accordingly. Kudos to Stephen in Lumber for being professional and patient!

Steve M. in appliances is very knowledgeable and helpful. A pleasure to deal with.

I was completely impressed with the Customer Service I received when I went to the store to pick up an online order. Thanks for making things easy.

If someone is in the self checkout line and declines going to a cashier with no line the customer shouldn’t be hassled for several minutes by an employee.

Haven’t been greeted bye an employee so warmly in over fourth years. Aekyong is a gem.

Went to Hyannis Home Depot to purchase supplies to work on my deck. Not only did I need assistance in purchasing the right bolts, screws, washers, I had questions about the treated wood. The associate Kevin Delancy was a lot of help to make sure I purchased the rght items and he answered my questions. Thank you Kevin for your help.

I was very happy with the efforts of Gilbert from Jamaica, Mellisa a supervisor and Ivan to help me with the purchase of a rug and taking it to my car. They were pleasant and helpful, Outstanding service!

I was looking for crushed stone. John O from the garden department was cleaning up some ripped bags of stone. He drugged out many torn bags and sold them to me at a discount. He went out of his way to help me which is very much appreciated!

I asked to use a store credit that a had and was asked for an ID, no problem except it was under my wife’s name, so I asked if the manager could come over and I could show a picture of her ID, the manager looked and immediately before I could finish asking, loudly interrupted me in front of quite a few other customers with the worst attitude I’ve ever dealt with at a retail store with: NOOOOOOOPE, you wouldn’t want us to get in trouble, Would You???

Go see Eddie in the blinds department in Hyannis, MA. I love to see someone put skills from a previous position to work so effectively in a role like Eddie's! I can buy things anywhere, but having the experience be so warm and helpful is wayy extra. I left smiling and feeling good all around.

I went by myself to purchase a ladder. A gentleman from the pro shop, Brian, was extremely helpful to me in getting the ladder down, even though he wasn’t in that department. Another associate, at the checkout, Ivan, went out of his way to help me bring the ladder to the car. I really appreciate how the associates went out of their way to help me out. This is one of the few stores that have associates that seem to all care about the customers.

Over 30 hours for an online basic order to not be completed is absurd. Then to call and no one pick up so I called corporate who then transferred me to a well spoke gentleman (loose term) on 7/1 1250pm maybe closer to 1pm that was absolutely rude and the worst person I have ever dealt with as a pro member. Telling me to basically wait my turn for my online order. The guy was extremely rude and unprofessional the entire time on the phone. After canceling the order to just shop myself. I found many employees on their personal phone, 4 to be exact, (I know the difference from Home Depot’s units to a iPhone and android) not helping customers and obviously not filling online orders that are way past due. Extremely rude customer service members except the guy that tried to fill my online order after my third time calling corporate to complain, which he also told me he wasn’t sure why it wasn’t completed since there was only a few items left. If this is the way this store treats pro members I will just purchase my suppliers elsewhere for my rental properties here on the cape.
